    I still think that this should say because "proposal and amendment" is used twice in this rule before another solution is this if either is accepted, other rules may need to be changed to reflect this change (as some say proposal or amendment and some just say proposal)

    the only problem was that since they were covered in Conditioner, they were immune to Narration, therefore they had neutral feelings about it. suddenly everything dissolved and everyone was standing in a forest clearing, their memories of their time in Plot like a dream fast fading notice the lowercase e's in everything and everyone
