As a representative of House Wafre, I rescind all titles that we have. I propose the Rule of Lull the Lord Ruler can call a Lull when they are processing a large amount of proposals. During a Lull, all proposed rule-changes are automatically rejected. The Lord Ruler does not have to acknowledge any proposed rule-change that is proposed. Tha Lord Ruler starts a Lull by saying “I call for a Lull,” or any similar phrase, and ends it by saying “the Lull has ended,” or a similar phrase. I would also like to add a clause to the Assassination Act that says “a targeted house may not withdraw, gain any members, merge with another house, nor give away atium in any way (this includes bets).”

I would like to amend the rule to say: Rule change in bold (I’m on mobile and can’t change color)

I propose the Law of loophole patching: a player must wait at least one page before rejoining.
