"You make me sick. The DA doesn't care about insignificant scum like you, and the Ghostbloods could protect you from the rest, easily." He started to slide the knife from it's sheath, then stopped. "Why should we let you leave here alive?" As he spoke, a red field covered the sky, and the entrances.

Hellbent grabbed the back of his neck. "You betrayed us... then left for TUBA. And why should we forgive you?"
-
Hellbent grimaced. He trailed his finger along the boys neck, walking around him. His hand was clenched so tight on the dagger it turned white. "Do you have some reason to defend yourself? You could never have overthrown us, you know." His hand started to go numb, and his finger dug in. "So, please, explain yourself." @beantheboy12
-
Hellbent loomed over him, face like stone. "Now please tell me. Why did you commit this crime?" His hold on the knife handle tightened.
-
Ambrosia turned. "I am Ambrosia Vin Jostson. Owner of the Alleyzon Shipping company."

Ambrosia stood slowly, waiting for everyone to quite down. "I lead Alleyzon, and am therefore the owner of two of said skyscrapers. One is our official business, one is a packaging location. But I, like you, am not only a woman of business. I have vision. A vision of a better world. Long ago, at Hellbent's funeral, I visited this city, a city filled with radiation. That is what the Great Guild's did to this place. We cannot let that continue. We need a better place to live, somewhere worthy of our populace. And that's why I'm in this Union. Our city is in need of something better. I have gathered resources, and lots of them. With support from Silas's fortune, I have a stable business. My father left me a fortune of his own, and that is how I started it. Now, I am one of the more successful businesswomen alive. But with this, not only will we all profit further, we will have ability far beyond each of our individual capabilities to fix this world. Our world is in need of help. But we? We our the men and women with the ability to provide that help. Only the Great Guilds have that level of power. And they squander it fighting. We are what the world really needs. Now, are you with me?"

The woman slowly sat down, lowering herself carefully into her chair. "Yes, lets. We don't need to worry about police right now."

You're very welcome

Hellbent smiled. "Now, Benson, tell me. Why do you think you are here?" What aren't you telling me? You'll see. Don't worry, I have this under control. @beantheboy12 @Life&Death

The man got a pouty look on his face, but still slid the gun back into its holster. Under his breath, he muttered, "No one ever lets me have any fun." Hellbent stepped back, a wide smile on his face. It was less intimidating then on his original body, but it would do. "Good." He stroked one of the knife handles on his belt, looking at Benson, seemingly deep in thought.

Yes, we can still vote on these, but I have seen two in an equal number of weeks. I would appreciate it if we kept it down to a minimal amount of OP character, the vote is still official.
-
Hellbent snapped his fingers, and two men walked forward, wearing dark suits, a violent glint in each's eye. They stood by Benson, on either side, hands on their guns. "Now, I don't think this man requires the full council. Amber, Lusk, please come here. All other Ghostbloods, you may watch from the sides. That means Tena, Max, and any others." He grinned, walking up to Benson, leaning in close. "You won't be any trouble, will you?" One of the men started to slide his gun from the holster. @Life&Death @I think I am here. @Sherlock Holmes @beantheboy12

Literally the exact opposite of Bellatrix. Down to the weakness and gender.

Seassa rose, grinned hesitantly at Queen Elsa, then looked around the room. She walked to the back of the room, looking awfully at the blades. Yes, she would by loyal.
-
The woman shook her head, then tapped strength, standing. She waved her hands, throwing the cane to the seat. "Have you SEEN the state of this place? All we have is high-level threats. We don't need the small fry police, we need the powerful police."

RIP Necromancer I would like to note that one of @Sherlock Holmes characters has similar powers, maybe more powerful. Also, I would like to lodge a complaint on the behalf of the bureau. The vote decided that we of the bureau were in charge of main plots. We cannot have a surplus of OP characters seperate, at maximum one or two. That was, and is, the purpose of the bureau, to fill that role.

The elderly woman wooped loudly. "YES, HAVE THE CANTON DO IT!" Her voice came down, a mutter, but still loud enough to hear. "We need real police, not these sprouts with no use."

Hellbent smiled, moving up to the wall. In a flash, there was a keypad. He typed in a code, and the door swung open, revealing rows of weapons. "I know the council passwords. I am Hellbent, and I know not how to prove it further." Then, quick as a lightning bolt, he turned to Benson. "Child, it's time. Please follow me." He clicked the keypad again, and a wall slid open, revealing a large circular room, with a chair in the middle, and a podium in the front with places for the Council. "Sit." @beantheboy12
-
The woman grimaced. "I don't think that's your choice. We must put it up for a vote, correct?"
