"Guys, what's this about? Where are these questions coming from?" He said while noticing that Max blocked his escape route. Are they planning on eating me? Did I make them that hungry that they're turning into serial killers? Or do they just want to kill me for the hell of it, is Devaan the only sane one here? "Uh... slow down with the questions, lets wait for Devaan to get back and lets continue finding Vesuvius". He said, trying to sound in a calm and non-tasty way. Neo considered using his bestowers monocle, but decided against it considering if they were gonna kill him, they'd be more inclined.

Rye followed the horneater for the tattoo, "Uh sir, could I have a tattoo on the top of my shoulder on my left arm?" He asked.

When Althea went to look around Neo took that opportunity to restore Max's hunger. Okay, didn't think I would take away all of his hunger, I guess I'm not that skilled with it yet, he thought. He took out his betowers lens and restored Max's hunger, his left eye glowing blue-ish. Finally that was settle-- Neo noticed that he transferred nearly all of the hungry-ness to himself, feeling foolish, he realized he messed up and couldn't fix it. "Maybe its just a fluke Max?" he said, trying to sound thoughtful, whatever that meant.

“Influencing? What do you mean, what’s happening?” Neo whispered. He wasn’t sure if she meant his hunger or something else.

Novus entered the building that appeared to be called "The Scholar's Guild". He walked up to the person behind the desk and asked, "This is the scholars guild if I am not mistaken, may I perhaps join?". Punya went up behind Novus, whispering "Do not worry Novus, it is me. Make sure to learn lots, and don't forget what you came for". Novus gritted his teeth, however remaining perfectly calm. He would not fail, not here at least. They assumed him incompetent which bothered him.

Neo sighed "I'm bad with notes and stuff like that. I just don't want to sit around here doing nothing." Neo wasn't going to follow Devaan again like last time. Instead, he grew some flowers out of boredom and practiced with his growth surge, he had been getting better over the past few weeks. Neo eventually took out his monocle and decided to prank Max, when he wasn't looking Neo heavily focused on his hunger, and after about 30 seconds Neo felt a sense of less hunger and immediately put his monocle away when he realized it worked.

"Could be a passcode? Maybe there's a certain pattern to it, which will give us coordinates if we figure it out? I'm not really the thinking type," Neo added.

Rye didn't really have much to lose. "A tattoo is fine", he said.

"No, not really", Rye admitted. "But if I swear the oath does that mean that I'm officially part of the Ghostbloods?".

Neo went to scout the perimeter. There wasn't really much to 'scout'. But he did anyways. He was reflecting on how he did. Neo and Max took that guy down pretty easily and Althea and Hellbent did good, despite Hellbent still scaring the hell out of Neo.

Neo saw hellbent walk towards his hiding spot. "Uh hey Hellbent, sorry about the feels, by the way I knocked this guy ou--", Neo was cut off as Hellbent stabbed the rioter in the leg, very vigorously. "Oh great having you showed up here but you dont need to do that he's alrea--" once again cut off, as Hellbent, kicked the guy in the ribs, drawing blood. "I knocked him out don't worry he won't do any--", Neo stopped talking as Hellbent stabbed through his heart, slashing again and again. Neo silently left and did not say a word, hoping that he would NOT remember Neo redirecting the duralumin rioting he was receiving towards Hellbent. He caught up with the rest, not quite being able to shake away a strange feeling.

Neo still wearing his monocle, nearly collapsed, voices in his head dominating over him. He just barely used his monocle to redirect it to Hellbent who was just barely still in his sight, after all of the emotions practically draining from him he felt a lot better. Wow, it sure is helpful to be able to plunge all of your emotions into someone with them feeling little side-effects. Back to work. Neo skated towards the rioter. As he turned a corner, he saw a... a closet... Neo opened the closet and found the rioter in there, having burned duralumin. “If I’m correct, then you shouldn’t have anymore metals to burn, Oh well.” Neo knocked the person out with a hit with the blunt side of his skates. “Guys! The rioter is down, shouldn’t be hard now, where’s this Vesvius guy?”. Neo was annoyed at his skated being bloody and found a cloth in the same closet and began cleaning his skates.

“Oh, a tv screen”. He was kind of surprised on why they would use such primitive technology but it was doable. After seeing the video outlining the Council system and regular Ghostbloods system, “I think I understand it a lot better now, is there anything else required for my application?” @Ark1002

Neo noticed Max's rioting instantly as he went for the other rioter out there, he spotted the blue blob of investiture through the wall, how do I get there though, he thought. He saw a tiny opening and skated for that, going towards the rioter and facing him head-on.
