Ducking the blowtorch Melody reaches for her knives, but they weren’t there. So, instead, she punched him in the face.

The waiter from before started to sneak up behind walker, welding torch in hand. “Hey!” I shouted , standing up, my surprise amplified the shout.

“Well, my childhood wasn’t the greatest, everything just got worse when calamity arrived.” She responded, “I left pretty early on, though I learned what happened from other epics here.”

“I’ve never really lived in one place long enough to call it home.” She responded, “I was born in Utah though.” @Darth Woodrack

I think the sixth heightening might be a bit much... but don’t quote me on that.

“No, not really.” She responded between bites, “I haven’t really thought of guilds in the first place. Though, my powers are really good for crowd control so I might look into that.”

Melody pats out the fire. “Why did he have a welding torch in the first place?” She asks, silencing whatever the crazy waiter had to say.

“I have no idea, I’ll eat pretty much anything.” Melody responds

“Huh, well I don’t know about you but I’m hungry.”

“Well, I’ve been spying and a little bit of assassination.”

“Umm, well I can make myself silent so...”

“Not particularly, I’ve been more focused on getting a job.”

"Umm, I don't have any conversation topics, though in my experience conversations usually have to come naturally."

“Umm, I’ll take the root beer then, I can’t really handle too much alcohol. When I do get drunk my powers kind of go nuts so...”

A waiter set down glasses, then another one took those ones and put down new ones. Alright then. Melody eyed the bottle of wine, trying to decide if it was worth it or not.
