  1. The mods frown on double posting you’re okay since you’re new. 45 pages isn’t too bad though. Try reading an entire subforum.
  2. But you never left.
  3. Then why are you saying you’re back?
  4. This thread was entirely dead. But it looks super fun, so who cares about necroing I haven’t read the whole thing yet, so I’m sorry if any of mine are repeats. You get a soda - the vending machine decided to be normal for once. *inserts character*
  5. But where did you come back from?
  6. I’m not even going to touch the rest of your post, but this - why the heck does everyone keep saying that like it makes everything worse? “He killed Elhokar and that sucked, BUT THEN HE SALUTED KALADIN AHHHHHHHHHHH” I don’t get it.
  7. ...I don’t think that’s how Reod Elantrians work.
  8. Where’d you go?
  9. “What about Emotionkiller?” Myriad suggested.
  10. “You know what, I don’t think so.” Myriad raised an eyebrow. “Got any suggestions?”
  11. Thanks
  12. The ethics and logic of what I talked about, or of Moash’s actions and character?
  13. In the Shardpool, Kelsier and Hoid fought I’m winning, the Shard of Ruin thought Hoid said his farewell And Fuzz said, “Do tell” Because truth, Ruin’s words were not
  14. Guys, take it to TLT
  15. No, he didn’t. He made a thread to talk about how people are reacting to Moash.
  16. “Thanks, I will,” Myriad said to Althea, then looked at Sarah. “Absolutely crazy. I don’t know what I expected to find down here, but giant worms with magical powers weren’t it.” She shrugged. “All the Investiture is equally crazy-sounding to me. Mistborn and Epic? No different from Elsecaller.” A grin. “Mistborn and Elsecaller are awesome names, though.” @Rushu42
  17. For ten years, famed Elantris the city Was a place that so many might pity Raoden proved himself quick, Sketched a line with a stick, And in the corner Hoid was witty
  18. The above encapsulates my thoughts on the matter. Everyone’s opinions are valid, but it is never okay to be mean to someone else because of it - and there’s been a ton of memes and jokes about hating or killing people who don’t hate Moash. I think a lot of people overlook how bad it’s gotten. Maybe it’s just me, but being routinely insulted or people joking about obliterating me for my PERFECTLY FINE AND INOFFENSIVE opinions? Not. Okay. Most of the time this community is so nice, it always shocks me when they’re not. Same. At the worst, it was a hard push. It certainly wasn’t a kick, and he didn’t intend to hurt the kid, I’m sure. You’re welcome. I’m not much for in-depth discussions all the time, but every now and again I’ll do it. And I would never react with a condemnation of you, not unless what you said was genuinely rude to someone or a group. I’m not gonna get into my thoughts on the characters involved, I’m just here to bring some fury about the social stuff. Who knows, maybe I’m the only one who feels uncomfortable or attacked. But either way I am going to keep on making myself known.
  19. “I’m also from an Earth,” Myriad told her. “Definitely not one with Epics, though.” Elsecaller. That was something she had heard of; one of the main things people had actually talked about had been Knights Radiant. She was still fuzzy on the details, but she could learn all that later. “You’re from...Roshar, then, right?”
  20. “Interesting, thank you,” she said politely, wondering what it would feel feel like to be able to control your own biology that way. Maybe after all this she could try it out sometime...but not now, there was too much that wouldn’t work out in that situation.
  21. “Soothing,” she muttered. I guess I’ll have to ask someone what that means. Ignoring the discussion on texting, she turned to the two Corette had gestured at, just in time to see one of them manifest a knife from her hand in a flurry of tentacles. “That’s awesome,” Myriad announced, staring at her hand. “And you’re an Epic? What is that, exactly?” She blinked and looked up, at her face rather than her hand, and blushed. “Ahem. Sorry if that’s a weird question, or personal, or something. I’ve only been here a few weeks.” @kenod
  22. “I’m in,” Myriad said after a moment of consideration, staring down the tunnel. “Why not, right? My skills are not dying when I should and...basically that. Everything else is a side effect.” She raised her eyebrows at Rigex. “I’m Myriad, nice to meet you all. And I did see the worm; I was hoping you could fill me in on how it was doing...” She trailed off. Would it sound stupid to say it had manipulated her emotions? “That weird thing it was doing.” @TrailRunnin @ZincAboutIt
  23. Well, that plan failed. Thanks for the suggestion, Tion, Gati thought miserably. "Things happened. Things escalated. I tried to deescalate them. I didn't do very well, apparently."
