I loved the sample chapters and cant wait for the book! Did anyone else think of The Warp (Warhammer 40k) when Shadesmar was explained? If fast travel is possible through Shadesmar then they are two takes on the same idea, with Shadesmar being the much nicer place. With that being said if Spern are ideals given life than I would not want to meet, Death, Fear, Anger or a number of other Spern in Shadesmar.

No, no, no. Sanderson is the front man of a writing group that all tried to get published years ago and he was the first one to, so now they just publish under his name... It's the only thing that makes sense -
I like the outfit on this one better but I feel like his left eye is huge and staring straight at you while his right is looking down.

Sorry, I didn't since I thought he would stop at the same place as the other reading. He did say that WoR is now the same size as WoK and dont expect the next book any earlier then Fall 2015

Brandon read this at the Jordan Landing signing tonight. He read the entire inturlude. It ends with

So of the first 18 chapters of the book we get 1 Adolin, 2 Dalinar, 6 Kaladin, 9 Shallan( I believe the very bottom one is a Shallan chapter). I really think we wont be seeing a lot from Dalinar's POV in this one, which makes me sad. We also learned that Eshonai is only a Interlude POV. Very intersting.

I saw Brandon at his Saturday signing and he said that he had just talked to his agent the day before and it will be published sometime in January, the publisher is just haggling over which week now.

I think we will get very little in regards to Dalinar's POV but he will be in a lot other scenses. My guess is that it will be hard to keep Dalinars backstory from us book after book if we got a lot his POV.

So Brandon started writing Dalinar on the 3rd of June and will be done with the book sometime this weekend. That makes it seem like we wont get a lot of Dalinar scencs in WoR.

Hello. Long time fan of these forums, first time poster. While reading TES one question was bothering me the entire time about Soul Stamping. Dose Soul stamping only effect the present, because if it changes the history of the item then we get into the whole time paradox issues. Did I miss that explanation somewhere? Thanks.
