All the way back in WoK, in chapter 36, The Lesson:

Has Kelsier ever been totally not wonky?

Taravangian seems to want to hide that Odium is no longer held by Rayse. Aside from Cultivation, who directly spoke with him, would the other shards see through this deception, or would Taravangian succeed in pretending to still be Rayse?

barrier storm If one could get through the what, now?
Czernobog posted a topic in Cosmere Discussion
Raboniel to Navani: What is this barrier storm in Shadesmar around Braize? Is that of the Oathpact? Since we now know the Everstorm was born/created in the Cognitive and pulled into the Physical on Roshar, could this barrier storm have been the archetype that Odium copied to create the Everstorm? After all, in WoR, Stormpappy said:-

If Taln did not break, no Fused could leave Braize. If he had not broken, while the Everstorm could still happen, it would lack the ability to re-body dead Fused on Roshar itself, because no Fused would be on Roshar. If Venli had not encouraged tons of Stormform, and had them collectively singing, the Everstorm could not have been pulled into the Physical from the Cognitive. If this had not happened but Taln had still broken, Fused could return to Roshar, but would return to Braize upon death (just like in every previous Desolation).

That one is very hype-worthy for the future era, to be sure. Liar had only that one truly intriguing tidbit, for me.

Is the Davar family responsible for TWO deadeyes?

I also wondered if the relative paucity of Inkspren is due to Soulcasters. The other possibility is that someone keeps accidentally knocking over the bottle (or is it jar?). -
Found the transcription in the Arcanum. Handy tool, that. https://wob.coppermind.net/events/448/#e14409

Dalinar has no option to win the contest

Consider though: even whilst deep in the grip of virtual catatonia, once his life was actually threatened by Iyatil (with the blow gun darts) that instantly melted away, and he protected himself. -
I agree, the Ulim palace scene was intriguing, and the Eshonai final scene was delightfully bittersweet. But mt biggest takeaway from the flashbacks was that the Return was brought about not really due to nefarious evil plotting on the part of Venli, but mostly because Venli was a selfish brat with sibling rivalry issues.

Is the Davar family responsible for TWO deadeyes?
Czernobog replied to Czernobog's topic in Stormlight Archive
I searched, and there was never explicit mention of the Davar Soulcaster being repaired, just Navani mentioning such damage was more common than you might think. My question is mostly: in what state is the spren of a Soulcaster with a damaged form in the physical realm? Are they similar to a deadeye? <facetiously>Much like the question of whether a noise is made when a tree falls in the forest if no one is around, how would one notice a sleeping spren having scratched-out eyes when their eyelids are closed?</facetiously> -
Testament, yes definitely due to Shallan's broken oaths. What I hadn't considered until now, though, was that Soulcasters are the manifestation of spren in the physical realm, and...the Soulcaster in the Davar family's possession stopped working once Balat stabbed it during the fight with his father. This inspires many questions. We know next to nothing about this, but are spren manifested in the physical realm as Soulcasters vulnerable to harm of a sort similar to broken oaths if their physical forms are damaged? Is the Davar Soulcaster's spren now a deadeye? Is restoration of the initial physical form of the Soulcaster sufficient to "heal" the spren (assuming they are even deadeyes or otherwise damaged if their physical form is damaged)?

Adding to the mix, the spren of Lasting Integrity mention that they were betrayed by the Singers, in the distant past, but it was "not as bad" as the humans' betrayal from the Recreance.

I think it's a trap to assume a positive outcome to occur due to the actions of a "good" shard. Take an extreme possibility for Mercy: every living creature suffers, so wouldn't it be the ultimate Mercy to end all life in the Cosmere, in order to remove that suffering? Such a twist on expectations makes for much more interesting storytelling.

Coolest thing from WoK Prime to finally make into canon

Chapter 111. -
That must mean that either Wit is lying to Jasnah (either intentionally or due to someone else mucking around with his memories) or that Thaidakar is not actually Kelsier.

Szeth was made Truthless when he said that Radiants were returning. Szeth separately mentions his family being "given to the Honorblades". There is a lot of Investiture in the Honorblades, and we know that Investiture left lying around begins to form a mind of its own. I think the Shin are bestowing the Honorblades on their citizenry to keep that from happening. That selection is likely viewed as an honor, and not a punishment.

Why does Ulim manifest as human? How does Nale know him, seemingly quite well, and why is Ulim very socially awkward around Nale? The implications seem to be that Ulim was an Ashynite, but...if so, how is he a spren? Ulim's speech mannerisms also very oddly anachronistic to me: it feels like contemporary Earth speech, in a way that no other characters' speech evokes. That feeling seems deliberate in the writing by Brandon, and not an accident. Makes me wonder what the heck is going on.

Is that truly the case though? Emphasis mine:

Chapter 64:

Raboniel refers to her actions against the Sibling specifically as "unmaking" it. Is that the same process by which all of the Unmade were un-ed? Replacing their stormlight or lifelight with voidlight?
