“Araris” oop Aleight I gotta admit I heavily skimmed your distro talks but I do have some thoughts First off, if we’re back to Octo=village worldview, then I’m back to the suspicion that one of Toucan/Zebra is evil. I think there’s a direct correlation there, so personally, to any Seekers I recommend one of those two And if either of those is evil, we can extrapolate with Flam for Toucan and idr who for Zebra As for Lurchers: uhh I don’t want to die tonight but I haven’t seen anyone talk about me so can we do something with a pooo of candidates? And then the Lurchers just Lurch within that pool but the elims don’t know who in the pool and so tk not risk it they shoot someone who’s not in the pool -

Nvm I can RP a tiny bit H.E.A.R.T.H’s cogs and gears trembled as he reached to charge himself for the final time in the day. If he had eyes in this form, he would shut them; if given a choice, he would step away. Yet the people of the TYRIAN deserved better. And he had to know the truth. For a while, the ship was silent; but it was never silent for H.E.A.R.T.H. There was always the hum of the engines, the steady reassurance that the spores continued to function. But even that was beginning to falter. For a while, H.E.A.R.T.H waited. His hands would not take the final step. He was a coward. He knew it, oh if only he could accept it. But there was no recognition for cowardice, not even a silent reward. The thought of simply not charging crossed H.E.A.R.T.H’s mind - but he dismissed jt just as quickly. He would have to be brave. He had been brave, in the past. H.E.A.R.T.H thought of the soldier who trecked through damnation for passion, never knowing when respite would arrive. He thought of the man who ran into battle, prepared to die because there was so much more important than his life. He thought of the boy scared to leap the gorge, but who did it anyway, for that girl’s smile - for her hand on the other side. He thought of Zense, of Levin, of Echo. They needed him. They needed him strong. He would see them on the other side. And so H.E.A.R.T.H plugged himself in, and everything went dark. Dark, and then the haunting sound of a whistle arrived. -

The Pearl Chameleon claim is fake Wait guys if we really want to chase the idea of e!CS then who claimed to have Seeked Toucan again? Cause there could be some lying there Also, would TUO/Jo be the kind of people to create a ridiculously strong village team and a ridiculously weak elim team but with a ridiculous amount of members? -

Eat it whole and leave no crumbs H.E.A.R.T.H sniffed as he listened to the automaton's analysis. He felt an odd feeling beginning to rise through his gears, and he didn't like it one bit. What was it? Oh, but he knew exactly what it was from the Memories... a feeling he recognized from seeing others rise in Odium's ranks, from watching the voidbringers smile and laugh in singer homes. Envy. No. No, he could not envy this... this primitive. He thought the word with a snark. Yet H.E.A.R.T.H couldn't refute that it had gotten so much done in so little space. Perhaps H.E.A.R.T.H could carefully monitor this helper... for the good of the crew, of course. -

H.E.A.R.T.H would like to clearly proclaim that he enjoys reading the Lion’s reports, scribbles and attached essays and all. They remind him of commands from his past lives, of documents of war and books of faith. Of news, both good and bad. They help distract him from the impending doom that awaits him. -

Low-key yes Actually no We have the numbers to tank a decent amount of cycles in a worst case scenario Go Seeker Probably only one, which ACTUALLY, if the elims have a Smoker or Lurcher or whatever, they won’t be able to use it anymore… Also are we sure the Croc smoke wasn’t like Ele or something? I don’t know it just doesn’t make sense -

But if we don’t coordinate our Lurchers, then if a Coinshot kill is blocked, we won’t know by who Then again, neither would we if we coordinate them and no one got hit… Ykw the more I think about it the more pointless public Coinshot coordination seems if elims have a Lurcher Toucan, Octo, good luck, may your Coinshot fly true -

Honestly, I feel like the digital format is kinda bad for this since its hard to tell tone Okay Let me see if I can lay out my thought process for you The purpose of the "OR DIE" part, as I'm sure you realize, is to provide pressure on players to follow through with thread instructions And I will admit, I perhaps did get a little carried away with it, but the idea is: Without any consequence, thread directions and plans are just suggestions for players to follow. And for villagers, that works just fine since they're already inclined to follow them. But with elims, if you're asking them to do something that is bad for the elims, then the choice is the following: either you pressure them to do it enough that they do, or you come after them when they don't The choice is whether you'd rather have the action carried out or deal with the consequences of it not being carried out Personally, I prefer the former, since it's more concrete results Yeah, sorry about that But where did you get the "playing sub-optimally"? What I'm saying is that the most logical course of action - the one that delivers the most concrete results - is taking any means necessary to ensure the planned actions go through, which includes giving the elims enough incentive (threatened execution) to carry them out I will say I recognize how my proposals limit individual player agency, which a lot of people might not find enjoyable I'm not really sure what the best course of action is anymore And I'm just gonna throw this at the bottom cause re-reading my post it does look quite serious and I don't want to come across as too forceful or defensive , since you are making me think about stuff I hadn't considered before I don't think much is really happening right now Toucan -

Alright, this is escalating and I don't want to cause any problems Dingo, I'm sorry if my response came across that aggressively towards you I agree that this is a game where we are here to have fun, but I think we can agree that we have different ideas of how to have fun Clearly, following thread directions is much more anti-fun for you than it is for me, and I understand that now Can we agree to disagree on this? Honestly, I'm liking Lion's analysis so far -

Yeah I just really understood your point And I get it, but at the same time, it feels to me like the most logical course of action … That’s good for Octo -
