I don’t like just jumping on bandwagons, but at the moment I agree with some of the arguments in favor of a Tuatara lynch. Also, while Beagle and I discussed very little, I got a village feel since he made no attempts to push me into revealing anything. Not at all a confirmation, but a good sign to me.

That reminds me of the other thing I meant to ask - was Octopus active in PM's? If they were, they might have claimed to someone and subsequently been killed by the Eliminators. Or, the Eliminators were just lucky. Both are possible.

Also, does anyone know how to turn off overwrite mode in Chrome? It's annoying me, and means I can't triple edit things like I want to (a large part of why I don't post a ton - I tend to quibble to much over what I say until the last possible moment.)

Shoot, missed that at the bottom of the writeup. I wasn’t expecting more Edgedancers exactly, but I must have scrolled past the notice that PMs weren’t open. 

My only PM was with Beagle, and not much was discussed.

So I said I wanted to do some deeper analysis. I should have known that wasn’t going to happen. I’m going to take a more easygoing approach instead and of course keep participating, but not try to be exceptionally analytical.

I would welcome PMs, though. I’ve found those useful, but I haven’t been good about starting them. I may start some too.

I want to look over that bandwagon, and I’m also curious, did anyone participate in the PMs discussing it, but then not join? I’d wonder about that if so, and it’ll be somewhat dependent on who tells us that information too.

Honestly, @Coral Swan, there was nothing really to base that lynch on, I wasn’t feeling it, and I don’t feel a need to justify not commenting on why I did or didn’t vote for you and Dingo at this stage. It was pretty clear and completely muddy at the same time, like most day 1 votes.

For today, I was going to vote on Plum Rhino for inactivity, but I suppose we’ll just let the filter take care of anyone who really goes inactive. 

From today’s posts so far, Indigo Weasel seems to be trying to ferret out (sorry) reasons from flimsy reasons made to sound more confident, which is something I’ve done as an Elim. That’s the first thing that has really raised eyebrows for me, while most other things sounded like villagers or were just NAI.

Apologies for not posting during the night cycle, btw. I checked the thread and just didn’t end up taking the time to post.

Three villagers down, one possibly to a vigilante village role, or an Elim kill role, though giving them two kill roles would mean a fairly small team I’d think. I’ll try to do some more serious analysis. I don’t think that looking through who voted on Dingo last cycle will help much, but there may be other clues to tease out, like some people have already been seeing with people who didn’t follow up on their stated positions.

See, that just makes this even more confusing. In normal games, player names are ones we’re used to and have seen for a long time, with maybe a few new ones. Now, this game is fun because we don’t know who everyone is, but we also are going to have even more trouble keeping track of names, given or RP. I’m gonna mostly stick to the animal names for that reason, I think.

And I had missed the two vote minimum. In the spirit of maintaining a tie, let’s add another vote on Penguin  (taking it off Vulture). Hopefully name shortcuts will be ok since these combos are just getting confusing.

@Scarlet Octopus and @Taupe Gecko, one of you should really consider changing your vote to someone who has yet to receive one.  Let's let the Gods of Luck and Chance decide the first death!

Thanks, @Oxblood Beagle! In that case, Melon Dingo will have to suffer the loss of my vote, as it goes to an inactive player such as Amber Vulture. I hope it’s not too soul-crushing.
