    The oranges split up, one dashing down the hallway towards the blue with blurring speed, the other hurtling themself into the air to intercept Herate in the air.

    Narrator X was rather puzzled, as- being a noncorporeal entity - he did not have a hand. He was also rather surprised that F was addressing him directly, given that F was an Author and X was merely a Narrator.

    "Ah," said the blue as Herate began to sneak up on him. "Herate! So nice of you to join us." As she charged, the two orange holed moved together to block her attack. They grunted as her unexpectedly powerful kicks and punches hit them, but did not flinch or fall over. "She's enhanced," warned the blue. "Don't go as easy on her." The oranges grunted in agreement and grabbed whichever part of Herate was closest with a grip almost powerful enough to shatter bone. The blue bands in her eyes tighten and her hands freeze. Nice try, whispers a voice in her mind. I'm not letting you go that easily. @Mist

He paused and waited expectantly for a reply. The scientist gave a humourless chuckle. "I suppose that's so," he said. "Very well. I can tell when I've been outmaneuvered." He pulls out a purple gemstone on a silver chain and tosses it to the blue, who deftly snatched it out of the air and held it up to his eye. He grinned. "This will be satisfactory," he said. Without another word, he turned and left, commanding T and Eric to follow. The orange dropped Vapor at her father's feet, gave a grunt, and turned to leave. Dr. Larue sighed, kneeling down in front of Vapor. "You okay?" he asked. @Vapor @Mist
