  1. @Herowannabe Here's the link: https://brandonsanderson.com/state-of-the-sanderson/ (State of the Sanderson, July 2013) And this is the part on Skyward: Skyward. (Working title.) Young Adult cosmere novel. In the early stages of development. Probably a few years off.
  2. Arcanum Unbounded! Finally!
  3. Just finished Shadows of Self. Now, on to Bands of Mourning!
  4. @MasterJack You can read Warbreaker *here* online Or find different downloadable versions *here*
  5. Because I'm relatively new to Sanderson, I haven't read Reckoners yet. Which means, I wasn't that excited for Apocalypse Guard and my feelings are quite neutral. If it means getting Wax & Wayne 4 a bit earlier, that'd be great. (If not...I think I've still got enough Sanderson to read )
  6. After finally finishing Elantris (after a sagging start... I loved it!) and Origin (could've been better, wasn't the Langdon I knew) I'm back to Scadrial. Started Shadows of Self yesterday.

There's Always Another Secret My first try at handlettering...
  9. At first, I was quite disappointed, that Wax & Wayne 4 was pushed back a year (compared to last State of the Sanderson). I had planned reading a Cosmere book each month, then I'd get to Wax & Wayne 4 when it comes out. I ruined this plan by reading Mistborn Era 1 all in August. But even then it would have worked, stretching the short works a bit. But now, if I look a i a different way, it's not that bad. It only means I can get into non-Comere a bit earlier. And for Legion 3: Can't wait for it!
  10. I'm 16% into Elantris right now.
  11. Unfortunately, I'm not that fast a reader... But that only means that I have enough for the wait for Mistborn Era 2 final. I wasn't able to discover it all by myself. Quite a shame. I was looking how many books there were in the Mistborn series, and with conflicting statements like 'trilogy' or 'book 6' I investigated a bit more and...well... But I refrained to look deeper into all of it and so I only know that it's all connected. I can't wait to find out on all the connections and details. @Sami, @Unknowingly, @Nathrangking: Thanks for the recommendations and the welcome!
  12. Welcome to the Shard! (Even if I'm new myself )
  13. Hey! I'm from Germany and quite new to Sanderson (and the Shard). I only finished Mistborn Era 1, now I'm diving into Elantris. (Any recommendations in which order I should read the rest of the Cosmere? Especially the short work?) I discovered the Final Empire (in German it's called "Kinder des Nebels") a few years ago in a bookstore, thought it might be interesting, but unfortunately didn't end up buying it (too much unread books and all that). When I finally wanted to buy it: out of stock, no reprints. Then, I was quite sad, but now I'm happy about that. With all the publisher changes occuring at the moment, it would look horrible on my shelves. (And if I want a series to look great, it's the Cosmere, even if I only read Era 1) Now I'm reading all the Cosmere in English - With the positive side effect of not having to wait for a translation. My first Sanderson-reads were Legion and Skin Deep. After that I immediately startet Mistborn. The rest of the Non-Cosmere-works'll have to wait until I caught up with the Cosmere. Hope to have a great time here. Scyora
