  1. Before Rath died, he said that you and Cadcom we’re doing too much good for the village, and so you should probably be killed. We honored his wishes.
  2. This was so fun. It was my first time being an elim, and it was a total blast. It was just very frustrating to not be able to talk for awhile, though I had some fun with it in the doc. Thanks Jondesu for running an awesome game, and thanks Rath, Xino, and unbeknownst to us, mafia. I find it hilarious that we kept saving Walin, as he was the handmaiden.
  3. I haven’t even been able to post for the last 2 cycles. What reason do you have to be suspicious of me?
  4. Gaan awoke in the purest of terrors, letting forth a scream to wake the dead. He’d felt something brush his mind, as he dreamt of cyclopian cities, and impossible buildings. A consciousness had brushed his mind. Like a writhing tentacle, it pulled and prodded, until retreating, leaving only a sentence in its place. The words came out of his mouth unbidden. “Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn” He felt a ripple in the world around him, as if some great being was moving, though on a plane higher then our own. “Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn” Again the words came without choice. Thie ripples grew faster, and soon they were nearly constant. “Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn” It came out as a ragged yell. Then, it’s mind touched his. It’s tentacles soon reached into the farthest depths of his mind, and with them came visions. Maddening, horrible visions. Cities in flames, planets being razed. The destruction of the universe, and everything on this plane of existence burned. It was horrible, but as Gaan felt his mind being destroyed to serve a greater one, the horror turned to ecstasy. And then Gaan was gone, his body now simply a vessel for something far far greater then him. I swear to serve the elder gods in all that I do.

    @Steeldancer needs to see this
  6. A figure sat on the edge of an abyss. It surrounded him, nearly consuming him, with its cold dark embrace. The figure lit a lamp, and began to write. I hear their voices, even here. I can still see their lands in my minds eye. I can smell the slime, and feel the rough texture of the stone. They whisper of things that would drive men mad. As I sit here, on the edge, they call for me. They tell me to burn, to destroy, to end. And it’s horrible. As the figure wrote, the light of the lamp revealed things previously hidden. The figure sat in a room. The walls were devoid of windows, and there was no outline of a door upon them. There were no visible holes, for the thing the room contained did not need to breathe. They talk of the things I did when they think I can’t hear them. Of the horrible things I speak of. They do not realize. They do not realize. A small hatch opened in the ceiling, and a small box was lowered to the ground. Within was contained oil, ink, and paper. It was delivered weekly, and had beeen for years. An end is coming it is proclaimed. Not by those ones, but the ones that speak only in dreams of madness. Dreams filled with cyclopian cities, and nightmares that even the mad dread. An end is coming. The figure calmly split their finger, and signed the paper in blood. The movements were practiced, having been repeated many, many times. Gaan, a prophet of sorts He then put the paper in a small brown book, the pages of which were well worn, and snuffed his light out.
  7. Shoot. walin I really should pay better attention,
  8. I said I’d join the bandwagon with the highest votes, and I’ve waited until the end of the cycle to make sure we get a lynch. While I might not agree with it,walin
  9. he yeah, I think she’s (Kaymath) just jealous.
  10. Sazed Spook Beldre Clubs Demoux MeLaan Teft Renarin Navani Vivenna Vasher Susebron Karata Roial Ahan Daorn Jalla Eliminated Gavilar and Dalinar Which character would be the most likely to find the cure for cancer?
  11. I’m one of those. I didn’t really realize how close the lynch was until after I posted last cycle and by then cycle was over. That’s on me, and next time I’m just going to join the bandwagon, even if I don’t agree with it, and I recommend others do the same. I can’t freaking believe that we haven’t had a lynch yet, and it’s the end of cycle 3
  12. I know this is super late, but I promised a post, and at this moment xino is looking the most suspicious. I can’t help but think that Alv must be the scanner, if only because he has doggedly voted Xino every turn.
  13. Um, to quote the intro thread. Anyway, Araris flipped as a companion, and I really suspected him. Because of this, I’m going to take a step back today, and reevaluate my reads on everyone. I will definitely still vote and post, but it might be an hour or two before I do.
  14. “You fools”one of the Chull riders called. “You actually ate our bait chulls. After the incident in ‘62, all riders keep their riding chulls hidden, and leave their bait chulls out. ”What’s the incident of ‘62” asked Butt. ”Well, it all started...
  15. It is mean, but also quite annoying, as it often disrupts the already chaotic narrative. The Koloss were completely isolated from the rest of Roshar. They were also the best Chull racers on the planet.
  16. The previously mentioned narrator with the inquisitor profile picture (though it’s not an inquisitor) stated that they could break the fourth wall for at least 100 posts. He then repaired the wall. As Butt was staring out at the horizon, he was run over by a chull.
  17. No one's really posted a ton, to give me any new suspicions, so I'll just throw my vote back on Araris.
  18. Alright. I’m still pretty suspicious of that whole lynch, but it was Cycle 1, so almost everything is NAI anyway. Also, people more experienced then I have posted that this is just your playstyle, and so I might be looking a little to deep into this. araris
  19. I don’t think I understand your logic. Your saying that Devotary defending an inactive player is not a good thing. But you, by switching your vote from Walin to Xino, were defending a player who hadn’t even posted yet. You had literally no reason to switch your vote, except that Devotary had placed a vote on Xino, likely because they had posted as opposed to Walin who had not If the village shouldn’t care about who gets lynched, then why change your vote. With your vote left the way it was, Walin would have died. Now this begs the question. Why were you protecting him? You had no reason to, unless of course, you and Walin were in a doc together and you needed to protect him...araris
  20. Bob was exceedingly happy that the trip was going well. Even though they had fought that giant spider, everyone was still alive. This was actually starting to get quite exciting. If the whole trip was like this, Bob wouldn’t mind. He might even be home for the autumn festival, and the harvest. As his father used to say, “An adventures an adventure Bob, even if all you do is cook.” Bob started to get out his pots. A nice stew would do for tonight.
  21. I’m pretty inexperienced at Rp, so if this makes no sense, I’m sorry. Bob was shocked at the sight of the spider. He had not left the Shire for this, no indeed. All he wanted was a nice river cruise, but it had dropped him off here. And, well they didn’t do refunds, (I know I’m blatantly ignoring the geography of middle earth) so now he was stuck here. Ah well, as his father used say, “Well Bob, even if you got to wrong place, you still got there.”
  22. Umm actually it’s the cognitive realm. The Slowswift character in Hoa is Hoid
