In terms of power, activity or sheer numbers?

In Power, it's admins.

In Activity, it's probably admins.

In Sheer numbers, I'm pretty sure that it's pretty closely tied. I think the staff has more though.

What is the definition of Staff and Admin? Are they both - moderators? Or staff means a person who works for Brandon?

Simple question, which is true:

1)Staff>Admin?

2)Admin>Staff?
