Purple Phoenix wandered the streets of Portland, the voices in his head screaming at him. Nothing made sense anymore, he'd awoken to find himself walking through the streets with two other Epics, they'd seemed scared of him and that had confused him even more so he'd sent them away. He tried to summon the correct mindset, to act as a proper Epic should but it just seemed completely beyond him, all that had happened was that one of the Voices in his head grew even louder so he stopped trying. Just then he heard some shouting from the next street over. Walking over Purple Phoenix was struck by the familiarity of this street, he'd been here before. "ALICE REGWAY? ALICE REG-WAY!" The voices yelled. Not his voices, the other voices. He briefly giggled at the thought. He shuffled up to the not-voices, he'd decided to help them since they were obviously confused. He just wished that someone could help him. "Alice Regway? No, don't think I know an Alice Regway..." he told them. They seemed a little taken aback but one of them, the magician-not-voice, tipped his hat and greeted Purple Phoenix. "My name is Aldo the Enigmatic. And before you introduce yourself, let me just say that you have the most magnificent beard I've seen all week." That... magnificent beard- it reminded him- the voices in his head grew louder again and he shook himself to get rid of them. "I am... um... Purple Phoenix?" He responded, trying his best to sound sure of himself. He reflexively reached to take his own hat off to the nice not-voice but realized that he didn't have it with him for some reason. "Do you know where my hat is?"

I love chimera, adding that tertiary ability was a great idea.

Alteration can make water solid, conceivably yes it could be used to create a tightrope. But you'd need to be pretty accompished as a mage to manage it.

Velth walked through the corridors of the College of whispers, a teetering pile of books in his arms. Cursed librarian had starting imposing limits on how many books Velth could take out at a time. He was a senior enchanter damnit! Still grumbling to himself he opened his door and almost walked straight passed Sulen sitting in one of his chairs drinking a bottle of wine. Velth took a closer look. "Make that a bottle of my wine. I was saving that for when I present my paper on the effect of Welkynd stones on stable Oblivion portals to the Imperial City. That's a Surilie vintage 399!" Velth double checked the lock on his door though he knew it was pointless, Sulen was too good to leave any evidence that he'd broken in. "Well you can at least pour me a glass" he told the assasin, getting his spare glass out from a cupboard and handing it over. "So, you need some help with a vampire?"

Ah, well that's what I meant Alright well I'll do my arrival at the meeting now.
