Ok a list of Epics I'll put in, anyone who wants to fight one of them let me know. Flicker: Can only teleport into and out of darkness, his second ability is to create electrical pulses which can short out electronic lights temporarily. Stick: Can produce a sticky glue-like substance from anywhere on his body, he maintains complete control over this glue, able to move it, and any object it’s attached to at will. Boom: Speed Epic, can move at and withstand incredibly high speed movement, is capable of producing Sonic Booms, unfortunately his mental reactions don’t speed up with his body, so he generally only uses his speed in incredibly short bursts. Transfer: Upon his death, he is reborn as his murderer, if the person who killed him is an Epic he retains both his own powers and theirs, though he loses any new powers upon subsequent deaths. His weakness is being killed by an accident or natural occurrence, or suicide. Understudy: Can become any fictional character, he gains the appearance, memory and plausible abilities of the character (Only works on abilities any normal human could acquire, no superheroes) Shattermist: Can disassemble and reassemble his bodies molecules at will, turning into mist. The Admin: Can ban people from a given area, applies only to the people he mentally selects, he can't ban everyone only people he knows and they can't already be in the area. Switch: Can swap places with people, frequently causes ranged fighters to be hit by their own attack.

Would you mind if I just wrote a bunch of minor Epics to start some conflict off Kobold? Simon's with Empathy so I guess that would be Nighthound and Koschei, all the healing Epics together at last

Velth grimaced as he took a drink. Ugh, Nords and their drinks, can't they make something that doesn't taste like it's supposed to burn the hide off a daedra? "Well, we'll attack soon. If they're not here, they'll miss out on the loot. Velth, I heard an explosion earlier, I assume you found their Bolt hole?" Sullen asked. "Yes, just around that bend some, sealed it off and set some glyphs just in case, no one should escape that way." He replied. "Well if the others come then they can just pick off any stragglers, let's get this over with shall we?" He said, conjuring a small light to see in the dark tunnel, along with a frost Atronach to take the fight to close quarters for him. He gestured to Sullen and Duke, the two knew that he preferred to take the rear guard. "After you" He said with a smile.

Impact joined her sister in glaring at Backtrack after his comment about seeing them naked. As if! She thought to herself. Even if Megan's gone all googly at his glasses now that doesn't mean he's even close to that. She did her best to ignore the stare-off between the two men as their drinks were finally brought in, she was just about to take hers when with a sudden movement Reader pulled out a gun and fired it straight into Backtracks arm, everyone jumped as he let out a scream at the sudden pain. "So, if you would not like the next one to go straight into your heart, tell me the truth. The whole truth." Reader said cooly, placing the gun down. Megan looked towards her sister and dropped her hand, clearly wanting to pull the same trick as with the goblet and steal the gun. Alison turned her head slightly, a gesture Megan would know meant that she didn't think it was a good idea. She placed one hand gently on the table, ignoring the groans coming from her side. She spoke for the first time since entering the room. "If you shoot anyone again then you will quickly find yourself crushed by your desk." Time to reveal what she'd gleaned from the conversation thus far. "I doubt that your boss would take kindly to you using your abilities to bully others and then shoot them, would he? A town with this suspicious a nature of new Epics must be ruled by someone not touched by Calamity, and I doubt such a leader likes it when the Epics in his employ go around shooting people." The few leaders who had retained any of their powers after Calamity did so by imposing harsh restriction on Epics, that and hoping no powerful Epics took an interest in their cities. MV scowled as her sister refused her request for help, she considered trying to do it by herself but Impact looked to have the situation in hand. She stood up and walked behind her twin, to Backtracks seat where he was still whimpering after being shot. She took his arm, her scowling expression completely at odds with her gentle touch as she examined the wound carefully. "Stop being such a baby." she whispered harshly to him. It might not have been fair but they couldn't afford to appear weak right now. She found the bullet still lodged into the wound, having stuck a piece of bone. "This is not because I like you." She said before twitching her fingers slightly and shifting the momentum to the fragments which shot back out of the wound. Her soft hands probing gently for any more pieces of shrapnel and finding none, she placed her hand over the wound and built a connection between the blood oozing from the hole and the air in between her hands, she formed a constant connection, freezing the blood to seal over the wound and creating a minor breeze. "That should hold it for now. Try not to get shot anymore, kay?" She took her seat again, sipping her drink and joined her sister with fixing the creepy guy with a pair of identical glares.

Sounds good, we could definitely use more non-Epic characters, this is our planning thread so whenever you want to introduce your character in the what happened in the Dalles thread just let us know who you want to meet her here and we'll work something out. Welcome to the insanity.

There's also the fact that TLR was already corrupted by Ruin at that point so it's highly unlikely that he would have done something like that to help further Preservations goals.

Attacking Backtrack would probably be too much for the twins, they'd likely throw a desk at him pretty quickly. Then kick Backtrack in the shins and remind him that only they're allowed to hurt him

All the while the Dark Alley slowly infiltrated all sides, no matter who won this war, they would be the last ones standing MWAHAHAHAHA making sure that everyone was ok, and had lots of delicious cookies.
