I think that you mean Wydle. He was the gardener. Personally, I think that Restares will not be someone that we know Shallan to have known. To me it almost feels like a cheap twist. Mraize says that Shallan would know what to do with him. Could it be that the reason for that is because he knows just the kind of man that Restares is? Restares might drive Veil to take drastic action simply by his nature as zealot. I would not be surprised if Restares has prepared for people to come after him in Lasting Integrity. I have no doubt that Mraize would have heard whispers of such preparations. Adolin as a Kholin would make an enticing target. Mraize may well be setting Shallan up to deal with him once she gets what he wants. It is also possible that Mraize may offer to kill Restares for her if in the attempt to take him something were to happen to Adolin. That might just complete the job of driving her into his arms.

Shock shoots through her when she sees a wicked dagger appear in Fox's hand. "Don't do something foolish." The whisper almost reaches the ears of one who could not have heard her. A quick gasp looses from her lips when Fox plunges the knife into her own stomach. Even in the memory the blade's malignant power saturates the air. What did you do? Fox falls to the ground and Circestran looks over at the current Fox. At a loss for words. Circestran walks in front of her and spreads her wings to block out the scene. She steps forward and brings Fox into a silent embrace. @Vapor

That would be nice. Perhaps Azure drops by Urithiru for a visit and get's noticed by Kal. He's going to wonder how she got there and she will disappear before he can notice her. A Veil and Azure confrontation now that could get interesting!!

Dalinar would love losing his sword master I'm sure. Szeth may actually be closed lipped about his sword's lack of spren talking. I would not be surprised if Szeth presented him to Dalinar when Dalinar ordered Szeth into prison. Dalinar might have an interesting time holding it. He likely keeps it under lock and key. After losing the honorblade he would take no chances.

Rish observes Vapor enter some type of trace. Emotions seem to flood Vapor. After a few moments tears begin to pour down her face. Rish measures her words and when she speaks there is an almost soft quality to her tone. "What did you see my child?" Circestran watches the world shift in silence. She freezes in place when she sees him. Her composure falls away. A gasp escapes her lips. "My love." Her whispered words carry a weight that transcends eternities. Words fail her tears fall from her and create a steady stream she sobs in silence. Nothing can stop her and she cannot be consoled. Sadness and joy join. An immense burst of will rises up to meet her tears. They are dammed up and calm returns to her form.

Circestran gently pulls Fox to her feet. She releases her hold on Fox, but not before giving her hand a reassuring squeeze. "Lead the way."
