Nathrangking

I can faintly feel the other place as it comes apart. As the realm fades I stumble. I slump against a wall and the winds begin to gust. The skies darken and lightning streaks across the sky.

"Where are we?"

I gaze at the beach and sigh for eons I have guarded this place and now it ends. I loose all of the storms of this realm and fly through the rift in reality.

The beach turns to glass. Shards fly through the air. I turn to Abigail. What have you done?"

Whispering voices surge through the air. Secrets begin to emerge from the void. "What is this?" Waves of power set the beach aflame with unnatural sapphire flames.

"Emotion is a difficult thing for me the eons have not been kind." My voice allows a bit of warmth in. "Abigail are you alright?" My blades come up again as the shadows stir.

I lower my blades, but do not dismiss them. The storms cease. The sun comes out.

I feel a deep power flowing through her. It is an odd power the likes of which I have never known. I look at Ene. "I'm hardly being unkind. This woman crossed realms and knows not how. Her presence leads to many questions." The winds part around me.

I frown at wisps of light which escaped the women who suddenly appeared. I look at Abigail my face expressionless. "How did you get here?"

I brandish the bolt which glows with the hidden light of the cosmos. "Arm yourself Dr. Gears an unknown power approaches." The howl grows louder with ever passing moment.

"A strange power is near. Prepare yourselves." A bolt of lightning leaps into my hand.

More specifically this: Questioner Can we expect a Cosmere Avengers? Brandon Sanderson Yes and no. You can expect crossovers between the planets. My goal is not an Avengers-style, one character that you... like, if it were a true Cosmere Avengers it would be like, "Oh, we're going to have this character from this series, this character from this series," that's not what I'm going for. I'm going for more of a clash between the cultures and worlds. There will definitely be characters that you know that end up involved in that. But it's not, I'm not shooting for an Avengers-style thing, I'm shooting for more... It's more like imagine Star Trek, and retrograde back to all of the stories you're telling on the separate planets before they meet each other. Less Avengers, more "We're going to have an intergalactic... thing, going on." These are all of the origins of the cultures and peoples that are going to be involved in that.
