When they returned with bags full of groceries Lena went into the kitchen and started to cook dinner for all of them.
"Where do you come from?"
She asked Warden while cutting some vegetables for the sauce.

"Earth, also what was all of that," She asked talking about the  fight. She felt a little tired and it was hard to concentrate.

"Tacos?" She asked as they started walking out the door.

"Of course I do."

She had several special pancakes left. One was harmless. She would only feel a bit dizzy the evening. Lena pulled it out and handed it over. Alask had made her promise to not poison his friends. As he didn't know Warden yet, she wasn't in that category.

"But only a few. We need to go to the supermarket to buy something to cook with. Then I could prepare dinner. And make new pancakes."

Warden ate the pancake, it reminded her of home. "thanks, and if you're going to the supermarket I'll come." She said to Lena.

Zan stepped back from the onslaught of attacks, parrying them with his cane as quickly as he could, until one slash broke his cane in half and cut his arm. Ignoring the pain in his arm Zan threw the remaining piece of cane in his hand at Darkness, then rolled to the side, flaring pewter as he got up. But even with pewter his left leg hurt as he stood up, shifting his weight to his right leg he threw another knife at Darkness then pulled out his other cane waiting for Darkness to attack.

Rilen shot awake, he was breathing heavy and sweating. The dream was still clear in his mind, he saw Aben and a few others he thought he recognized from the parlor surrounded by danger and a group of people who reeked of death. Rilen stood up from the bench he had been sleeping on, he had to find Aben, he couldn't lose another brother. He sprinted back to the parlor, praying that Aben was there. When he reached the parlor he wanted to break down the door and search the place for Aben, but he knew wasn't fully in control so he took a few deep breaths, controlling the wolf inside. When he felt marginally in control he knocked on the door.

@whoever wants to open the door. 

Warden watched as someone walked down columns of stone and into the forge, as the man walked in she followed behind and heard the back half of the conversation. 

"What was your name again?" she asked the guy who had walked in, "I'm Warden, and do you have any more pancakes?" She asked Lena.

Zan knocked Darkness' arms aside with his cane, and drew one of his knives, he stabbed it straight towards Darkness' gut.

Stop! STOP! What are you doing!

Zan followed Darkness towards a building when a purple mist thing swarmed around them. He heard Seom screaming but was to distracted to register it. He looked at Darkness, Zan had never liked Darkness and then he thought he could just take over the squad. Zan flared pewter and quickly threw two knives at Darkness, Zan charged after the knives pulling out his dueling cane, and swung at Darkness with all of his pewter fueled strength.

What am I doing? The small part of his brain that wasn't being controlled by the rage thought, as it tried to regain control of his mind.
