Maybe the 'champion' of Odium that has been hinted at or whoever actually kills him (one of the good guys) picks up the Shard? I can definitely see that happening for a bit, but then they learn about intent and pass it on to another shard, to change the intent.

By the way, a cultivation/odium cross is awesome, maybe Experimentation will be formed or something

Could axies want to research all spren to find a sort of proto spren that still wants to bond with aimians

He seems way too traumatized by Glys for me to think that Glys is a normal spren, he's been called powerful by numerous people (including vasher) and he can see the future, which has always been associated with voidbinding

Devotion to something puts you under its influence just as much as being a dominion of a state. It's conceivable that autonomy was just waiting for a chance to splinter DnD, possibly even making Odium target them before getting involved with Roshar.

I'm more of the opinion that Honor created a widespread effect in the Greater Roshar System which caught Odium when he arrived and forced him to invest into Roshar.

So do you think that Honor did this because it was honorable to protect the majority of shards by trapping Odium with him and Cultivation?

In one of the listener songs the said that smokeform was used for mingling with humans. Would this be the hybridization form? Herdazians have parshendi ancestry and grey fingernails- are they descended from Smokeform?

I could see there being a scene where voidbringers do everything they can to tempt the horneaters into transformation.

@1stBondsmith I could see that happening but, every splinter we've seen so far is either sentient or bonded with a sentience. That implies there is a sentience on braize, binding Odium. Could this have something to do with the Oathpact and the Heralds?

I've always been a little bugged by how Odium managed to splinter Honor but not Cultivation. And I was just reading some topics when I thought, maybe it's because Cultivation is constantly deliberately splintering herself to stay under Odium's power radar. It would make sense with something i remember reading saying she has just given up and it wouldn't be against her intent either if by splintering herself she can also make her splinters bond with animals therefore cultivating them. Anyone got any ideas?
