I'm actually really curious. As in many countries, they speak other languages, how does he interact with fans at these other signings?

Great! Happy to have you on board. ...Nerd took the bait...waiting further instructions...
-
Yeah, some of these guys are extremely hardcore about theories. How about you slap on a safari hat and become a nerd anthropologist like me! We can catalog these amazing creatures.

@Mark Adrian Trust me when I tell you Bleeder is trying to screw with you. Everyone eats the cookies. Also, welcome to the Shard! I'm Orderbound. Have an upvote! I happen to be a sort of...investigator, attempting to discover the secrets of the Shard and how nerds work. You can become a nerd anthropologist like me and help me catalog these wondrous creatures. Ender's Game is extremely good, mostly because of how Card knows how a child works, and how profound Ender's experiences are. Read the Way of Kings. It is too good to be true. Also, if that happens to be too long, hit up Mistborn first, that will surely get you hooked onto Sanderson if you are not already. Soon you won't want to read anyone else.

damnation you've read more than me. How much do you know about the Cosmere?

Steelheart was mine. I'm a super big comics and fantasy/sci-fi nerd and I LOVED the idea of dystopian superheroes. My friends recommended the book, and I read it. Over the summer, I found The Final Empire in my local library and blazed through it, eventually stepping up my addiction with higher and higher doses until I read the Way of Kings. Now, I wait until I buy Words of Radiance and await Oathbringer.

I wanna know how the thing works before I get into it... Seems confusing. @Elenion

@Elenion Actually I really want to find out how to get into that I never knew how.

Check out my Heal and Hurt thread on the Reckoners! (Shameless self promotion) I'll start proper now. Have an upvote! Hello RustAndRuin! I'm Orderbound, and I happen to be a sort of rogue entity on this forum, searching for any scent of intrigue and interest around. If you want to find a good thread, check out some theories, they are all great! Glad to hear you like Brandon. Get ready though, it will be a wild ride!

Welcome to Hurt-and-Heal: Epics! If you've never played before, here's the rules: Each Epic starts with 5 HP. In each post of yours, choose 1 Epic to hurt for 1 HP and 1 to heal for 1 HP. In your post, please specify who you're hurting/healing and post an updated list with your choices bolded and numbers updated. You may post multiple times, but must wait for at least 10 minutes and 2 posts before you can post again. When only 2 Epics are left (or when the players want it), hurting increases potency to 2 HP The last Epic standing is victorious. For my turn, I Hurt Conflux and Heal Limelight. 1. Steelheart-5 2.Calamity-5 3. Firefight-5 4. Murkwood-5 5. Limelight-6 6. Conflux-4 7. Nightwielder-5 8. Fortuity-5 9. Obliteration-5 10. Regalia-5

Should I make a H&H Epics? Who do we want? EDIT: It is now up! If you feel like you want to play again!

I don't know much about Reckoner's RP, but I do know that dark alleys are very nice... I obtained my shiny metal spike from it! Don't worry about the cookie, they taste perfect!

Gotta make a good one... Ok, here goes Name: Everyman Prime Ability: Precise Telekinesis Allows him to chain it with my secondary to create destructive effects, not limited to destruction of a building in a single blow, rearrangement of atoms, and folding of reality. Secondary Abilities Enhanced Durability and Strength Low Level Telepathic Abilities (including immunity to telepathic attacks) Prime Invincibility: Intense Telekinetic field which prevents any attacks on person, subconscious use allows for filtering of amicable vs. malicious intent Weakness/Calamity: Arrogance The more arrogant Everyman becomes, the weaker his powers get. This requires him to always think of himself as an equal to others, which acts as a sort of check for his incredible abilities, both preventing him from becoming a true Epic, and cutting down the power of his abilities. Such a weakness requires him to use his most powerful abilities in bursts, while any prolonged fight will have him become weaker and weaker.

That's some good crem right there.

Hush, my young one... You know not how deep this rabbit hole goes...

Welp, good luck on navigating this little maze of inside jokes... I've been here a month, and have only begun to discover intrigue through other accounts... of which I have many...
