I'd probably fly around (flying is fun), and get my work done very quickly (compounding F steel and F zinc would be so useful)... I would also probably prank people using Lightweaving and Aon Tia... I would probably make some Bands of Mourning for people I trust (if they were awful, I would probably take the bands away). I would probably compound so as to have 100x Bands of Mourning levels of F storage available to me... I might also to try to lead a second Lifeless squirrel army...

I'm not sure but some of what I remember is that when Shallan was in the frostlands, thinking of how cold it was, she thought of how cold it got in areas up north or something where there was snow. I do remember heavy snow being mentioned. Snow couldn't last to long though, as weather and season are very sporadic on Roshar.

By my interpretation of "Autonomy" Bavadin should be leaving everyone alone pretty much... That makes me wonder about Bavadin as himself and what he's planning...

Yes there is winter and yes there is snow but I don't remember anything about highstorms snowing (imagine all the snow after it had passed though...) Shallan mentions snow on multiple occasions...

Again as has been mentioned by Argent, the two prerequisites to become a Radiant is a broken Spriritweb and adherence to the ideals. Kaladin was broken by the harsh treatment of his family, the death of Tien, and the death of some of his friends, and the execution of those of his friends then surviving by one he revered and trusted. He followed the ideals by trying to protect his squad and the young soldiers that reminded him of Tien. After his betrayal by Amaram, he then tried to protect Bridge 4. To become a Radiant, these two categories of events had to happen in Kaladin's life. As a side note, its not so much having much hardship in one's life as being broken (in your Spriritweb) that is one of the prerequisites
