  1. I have not, I'll give it a look, thanks for the advice.
  2. Frankly I'm with Voidus ^ except for tin, chromium, and electrum. Tin: allomantic - I'm lazy and this requires less effort, not to mention has some better applications with practice Chromium: Feruchemical - because regardless of whether there were other metalborn, I'd love to be lucky at will Electrum - I don't have bouts of depression(sorry to hear that by the way) and I'd totally become an electrum savant and rule the stock market.
  3. Hello again, we now have a full 5 players and need a GM for our Mistborn adventure game. Please click on the link above if your interested.
  4. Hey, if your interested I'm trying to get a Mistborn rpg game going on the roll 20 site. Think dungeons and dragons but in the mistborn setting. We're using the rulebooks that Brandon helped write, so lore friendly and in the spirit of the books. Here's a link to the game page if your interested: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/40530/mistborn-alloy-in-the-roughs
  5. There's actually no ash in there that I can see, but otherwise I agree, spot on.
  6. That's up next after Brandon finishes the Wax and Wayne trilogy, or rather the next trilogy is going to be a sortof 80's spy series.
  7. I'd go for either a coinshot courier, because honestly, who doesn't want flight and telekinesis, even if it is limited to pushing metal? Plus imagine the places the job would take him. Or being a pewterarm construction worker, the company would pay for him to become a savant! Not to mention the job security. I also like the idea of a less exciting story that follows an average(for a misting) Joe about his day, and maybe the stuff he gets pulled into doing as result of his abilities.
  8. Look, I'm not a math expert, if it looked like I was trying to come off as one, I apologize, I was just trying to get a general estimate to help clarify the matter. I'll just drop it.
  9. No I'm not, 1 in 2500 people are twinborn according to the supplement, but for the sake of argument, I'll remove them from the count, 5,000.000 divided by 2,500 is 2000. So 100,000 - 2000 is 98,000 divided by 32 is 3,062.5.
  10. Well, if we take a look at the Alloy of Law supplement rule book for the Mistborn adventure game, which Brandon has said that the adventure game and supplements are canon until he contradicts them(he didn't want to give away details that could ruin future books). We see that 1-50 people in the elendel basin are metalborn(either misting or ferring). So assuming there's 5,000,000 people in Elendel, that means about 100,000 are metalborn. Than we divide that by the number of powers available - 32. Now assuming they crop up equally, that means that there's about 3,125 coinshots in the city alone. The supplement book also states that spikeways are regularly made as a cheaper alternative to trains when it comes to remote towns or towns in difficult to reach locations. I'm new to this forum by the way, so I'm not really sure how often people refer to the adventure game rulebooks, but as Brandon has stated their canon until their not at a Q&A, I just kind of roll with that.
  11. Personally, I'd just be a Kandra, failing that however I like the A-electrum/F-zinc as a poor man's Atium. Than of course you have A-pewter/F-iron, can you say parkour? Finally we have the A-tin/F-zinc sherlocke holmes combo.
  12. Hello all, I'm new to these forums, I as all of you are, am a huge fan of Brandon Sanderson. I'm trying to get a Mistborn pen and paper game going on a site called roll 20. We're currently in need of 1-2 more players and we definitely need a Narrator(GM). Here's a link to my game on the roll 20 site, please apply there if you have an interest in joining us. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/40530/mistborn-alloy-in-the-roughs
