Long Game 43: Under the Banner of Adonalsium
Straw replied to Seonid's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I’d advise everyone to target Cultivation or Honor tonight, as those seem to be the Shard that are most beneficial to the village. Additionally, those Shards can start combating Odium, which is a significant bonus. -

Hmm. That does sound suspicious. I’ll consider voting on him. -

Hmm. I’d advise Ruin to destroy Braize, and Odium should probably shatter a Shard in containment, just to make the Hoid faction sudden death win condition far harder to achieve. I would also advise Autonomy to immediately start making aspects on various worlds, as insurance against vote hammers. -
Long Game 43: Under the Banner of Adonalsium
Straw replied to Seonid's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Seonid a few questions: 1. Are there secret roles? 2. Do we now know how many converts Hoid/Khriss have? 3. Can Preservation’s Investiture be used to survive lynches? 4. Can Hoid fuse shattered Shards? -
@Elenion would you mind taking my name off the list and giving me a spec doc link?

Interesting. Honestly, I don’t have much of a reason for why I should win, but I’ll be happy to answer any questions you ask me. Perhaps my answers will help you decide.

I’ll vote for Sart. The Ffnords deserve to have a member of their house dead.

@A Joe in the Bush how exactly is two a bandwagon? In my experience, bandwagons tend to be cases where a large number of players vote for a certain person without much in-depth analysis.
-
I played on the Elim team for QF22 and I remember it being a bit annoying to have to be the Night player. During the Night turns, there wasn’t really any discussion, so it made it extremely boring for any Night players. Additionally, the fact that the Elims could essentially kill two players every turn made the game rather unbalanced.

Interesting. If I end up dead, I’d recommend considering lynching Joe, Coop, or Mac. The two sudden votes for me could definitely be Joe and Coop trying to save Mac from being lynched. Also, @A Joe in the Bush, does that reasoning also apply to everyone who put the first vote on a player who turned out to be village? @Coop772 would you mind explaining to me why you’re suspicious of me?
-
Hmm. Currently, here’s how I’d rate these people (in order of suspicion): 1. Mac. Threw an extra vote on Randuir (without much reasoning, if I recall correctly), and seems to be focusing on avoiding all suspicion. Now, I did originally put a vote on Randuir, but that was mainly as a revenge vote that I thought would do no harm due to the fact that I thought no one else would vote on Randuir. 2. Arinian. I don’t really have a good reason for this, but I have an Elim gut read on him. 3. Monster. He voted on me, and seems to be trying to discourage analysis. Also seems to be referencing the meta a lot.

Sorry, I missed Brightness Radiant’s post. Might as well do a revenge vote on Randuir.

I’ll poke Brightness Radiant.

@Araris Valerian I’d assume that Eternum, Mafia, Fifth Scholar, and Araris are just the people he’s been talking to this cycle.

I used the beggars on Orlok, and I would like to reveal my findings. The other members of my house can confirm that I had said I was planning to use the beggars on Orlok. Results (paraphrased from PM): @Orlok Tsubodai has been talking with these people: Eternum, Mafia, Fifth Scholar, and Araris. He talks the most in a group PM consisting of Orlok, Crimsn, Sart, and Eternum.

Anniversary Game 4/Anonymous Game 1: A Fresh Start
Straw replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
This was quite a fun game to play, and the dead doc for this game was actually active! I really like the idea of anonymous games, and I’ll be interested to see how other anonymous games go.- 1054 replies

Switching my vote back to Droughtbringer. @TheMightyLopen, we’re lynching your teammate, so you might want to remove your vote. @Eternum @Steeldancer, please vote for Drought.
