Holy rust. Basically, just holy rust. Some thoughts: So is it just me, or does the description of the Hunters sound very much like Iyatil? Man, Telsin. What a tweest! Did not see that coming, but I liked how it wasn't overplayed too much when it happened. Given that the 'ettmetal' explodes when wet, I'm guessing it's an Allomantic alkaline metal, which is... new. Something high up on the periodic table, probably. I wonder if it's a God metal alloy, and if so, if it gives hints as to the actual physical metal component of the god metals. Was not expecting to see the Southerners come into the story so soon, or even at all this trilogy. Now I'm dying to know how the Investiture behind the medallions works. Overall, that was amazing. Now I'm dying for the next one.
