  1. "One small step for a goat, one giant leap for goatkind"
  2. In this age of voter distrust, the GOP would be insane to even consider the possibility of going against the electorate. I mean, Paalm insane. No, Hoed insane.
  3. The force you get *Inserts Blue Eyes White Dragon*
  4. Why does Kelsier hate the Joker? He really wants to know how he got those scars
  5. You get moved into a small compartment inside the vending machine. *Inserts a keg*
  6. You get to "Stay straight for TURN RIGHT NOW" *inserts* Nightblood
  7. What if deathspren act like Charon did for the Greeks, and they move your spirit out of the physical realm?
  8. Granted, but you will always forget what law you've broken immediately after doing so. I wish for The Stick
  9. You don't know why you started playing it, and you can't seem to be able to stop A golf ball is like a someone singing off key
  10. "No goat for you! Come back 1 year!"- Seinfeld "There is no goat"- The Matrix "Behind this mask there is more than just flesh. Beneath this mask there is a goat, and goats are bulletproof"- V for Vendetta
  11. Just a couple songs that popped into my head while reading the various books Szeth: Enter Sandman, Metallica Raoden: I Just Can't Wait To Be King, The Lion King Hoid: I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, U2 Shallan: Facade, Disturbed Sazed: Wax: 8 Mile Road, Eminem Wayne: Who Are You, The Who
  12. I agree, in that I don't view their relationship as a romantic one. I see much more of a Kelsier/Vin type of relationship for the two of them. Vasher/Kelsier have already loved and tragically lost when meeting a younger girl Vivenna/Vin. Vin was treated horribly by the men in her life prior to Kelsier (Reen and Camon) and Vivenna spent her entire youth awaiting a marriage with a seemingly horrible being (God King) and then also lied to and betrayed by the first guy she met (Denth).
  13. Why did Elend cross the road? He wanted to Venture to the other side
  14. Any chance Vivenna is a Worldhopper with Vasher? Vivenna is last seen with Vasher and they seem to have a connection. If anyone on Nalthis would be able to help Vivenna unlock the ability to use Breaths to remain young, it would be him, and I'm guessing she'd want to Worldhop with him if she's still alive
  15. Granted, your bands will either fall off every time you store weight, or break when tapping weight I wish to go back in time to never break my oath
  16. Both are escapes from your reality A piano is like a light
  17. Dating? Both are nice at first, but sour over time A Christmas tree is like a sibling
  18. Is there a WoB that ties Odium to Red? I don't remember anything in the novels that say that
  19. Would "Ati"um still exist. Wouldn't any new metal like that be a "Sazed"ium?
  20. Please bear with me on this. I'm not sure this will end up making sense, but lets see where it goes. At the end of AoL, when Miles about to be shot, he yells out "You are fools!” Miles yelled at the firing squad. “One day, the men of gold and red, bearers of the final metal, will come to you. And you will be ruled by them." In the corrections to WoR, BS makes note to change the color of a dress the woman killed with Shallan's mother was wearing to Blue and Gold. I don't have an e-book so I can't search easily search for references, but I believe the color combination of Gold and Red also makes an appearance in Stormlight. Now I think it'll get a little convoluted. With another Shard appearing on Scadrial, (Trell or otherwise) it would have it's own God metal. That metal in theory would be the one that Miles is referring to, and with that metal, the colors Gold and Red are tied to it. I believe it's fair to assume that the "Men of gold and red" are part of a World Hopping Organization, or at least led by a World Hopper who is working for a Shard. Sanderson has gone back and made sure to lay evidence that the Woman killed with Shallan's mother was wearing Blue and Gold. It could be nothing, but if so, why change it? Is it too much of a stretch to conclude that she is part of an organization that goes by B+G colors? Now if G+R is working for a Shard, what Shard is B+G working for? Also are they allies or enemies? And if they're enemies, will B+G make an appearance in BoM or does their story in somewhere on Roshar? Thoughts?...if you've managed to follow my logic
  21. These can be explained by not being in Dal's army. The only non-bridge 4 person who notices Kal won't die is Gaz, until the Highstorm. After that people do look at him weirdly, but again that's in Sad's army and communication between the two aren't the best. These can be explained by being a very, very talented fighter, which he's always been. It's rare, but Shardbearers have lost to ordinary people before. As for the 100 foot drop, he did provide a valid-ish reason, which was that Szeth accidentally lashed him. Now after saying that, let me agree with you in that individually, all these can be explained, but eventually you need to look at his actions as a whole and see that something strange is happening
  22. My copies of Sos and Warbreaker finally came in. They're the only Cosmere novels I haven't read yet, which should I go with first?
  23. Granted. Your computer will function perfectly, but no monitor will show it's images. I wish for a Nahel bond with a spren
  24. I think he believes, or rather. might hope the KR might come back. Cause he asks Kal if he's (Kal) the one he's (Dal) been looking for
