  1. It also raises my favourite question

What an element is is determined by how many protons the core has.

    1 is hydrogen

    2 is helium

    3 is lithium e.t.c

then HOW MANY do god metals have. if they have a unique amount then they are a universal constant and thus could come from anywhere. including places outside scadrial. Also they would have to have a VERY HIGH number of protons for them to be outside the range of being one of the already existing elements.

If they DO NOT have a unique amount then this means god metals are in fact just a uniquely invested form of metals that already exist.

Atium could be say Yttrium for all we know.

The third option is that are not formed of atoms at all and is thus even more strange.

  2. The trailers make it seem like such a huge movie, and we haven't even seen the main villain yet. (Baron Zemo, for anyone who's wondering) Adding Hulk and Thor would just add a wrench into everything.

It is the longest marvel movie to date. And has more heroes in it than any other movie.

It is literally more of an avengers movie than the Avengers movies.

  3. So if it takes sunlight to re-whiten the sand and restore its power than i guess sand masters are pretty boned on the darkside of the planet huh.

Also does that mean the investiture in the sand is coming from the star ? reminds me of a post i saw of someone asking brandon if the star is the shard.

  4. I always assumed it was in the Horneater mountain lake, the ones which lets them see their gods, Rock said it is involved with why they can see spren.

Rock also told Kal, Moash, Sigzil and Lopen a story in a bar about where he met a White haired 'God' aka Wit/Hoid who mocked his beard and asked the date in the horneater calendar.

(The description of the 'God' made Sigzil uncomfortable)

    well sigzil knows hoid so~

and their should be 2 pools on roshar at least

  5. "I dont think i could finish that, 2 or 3 spoonfuls and id be done"

"get your pudding spoon out and man up torode"

    ---------------------------------------------

We must be swift as the coursing river
With all the force of a great typhoon
With all the strength of a raging fire
Mysterious as the dark side of the moon

    --------------------------------------------

"The anger of a good man is not a problem. Good men have too many rules."

"Good men don't need rules. Today is not the day to find out why I have so many"

    ---------------------------------------------

"How can a man die better than facing fearful odds, for the ashes of his of his fathers, for the temples of his gods"

"I created you jack, i am your god"

  6. Terry Pratchett - The Discworld Series

     Where to start?

Death and Hoid would be very familiar with each other.

    Nale would smoke a cigar.

Nightblood would ramble incessantly about tapestries.

    Greatshells would be turtles.

The Storm father would be an ascended janitor who sought to cleanse the land with a decent wash and a good scrubbing.

Elkohar would carry his teddy with him everywhere.

Rock would have been a troll, Teft a wizard drop-out, and Lopen would sell chouta at discount prices.

kaladin would be the rightful ruler of the alethi, but choose to remain a captain instead.

The Stick would actually have been sapient pear-wood and had the power to destroy the Discmere, but no one would have noticed.

Sazed would have been an orangutan(quiet, scholarly, and insanely strong when the need arose), the  become the first ascendant orangutan

Tanavast would have a daughter called Susan Allmighty
