  1. Rae opened her eyes, still half asleep. She could hear voices in the hallway, talking about... bad smells and PMs and trains of lynching?

Wha...? How much did I miss?

Then she heard that a crewmember, Shallan, had been dissolved in acid. Her eyes flew open. What exactly had happened when she was asleep?

Adavantos, from the amount you've been posting, I don't think that you're a traitor anymore. I'm not sure if my vote is still on you, so I've greened your name just in case. Is your character name First of Dawn? If it isn't, then something weird has happened because I never changed my voted after placing it on you.

The lynch on Shallan feels really unexpected. I've read over the LG post, and the parts relating to Shallan are:

yesterday 6:42 PMphattemer votes for Shallan "because it amuses him"

    [a while later]

today 10: 34 AM Shallan gives advice about what to do if you are a particular role, including kandra.

10: 44 AM Wilson votes Shallan because it strikes her as off. Wilson also says that it only repeats information that has been said.

10: 49 AM Kipper retracts from Adavantos and votes for Shallan. He tallies the vote.

10: 58 AM Bort retracts from Bridge Boy and votes for Shallan. Says he agrees with Wilson and Kipper.

    [a while later]

11: 44 AM HI votes for Shallan and retracts vote on Burnt Spaghetti

11:45 AM Stink asks if people want to counter vote

11:46 AM Kipper says we won't know full story until Bridge Boy AND Shallan are dead.

11:47 AM Creccio retracts vote on Shallan

11:49 AM Kipper says he feels "tainted by this bandwagon."

11:58 AM Elbereth notes the coordinated vote shift to Shallan

12:01 PM GM says it is turnover

    12:10 PM Alfa defends Shallan

Times are the times recorded on the forum, information here is NOT a complete summary, names may have been misspelled.

Kipper, Wilson, and Bort seem suspicious now.

Has anyone noticed any monkeying around with the votes?

What do you do during the nighttime anyways?

EDIT: Just wanted to say, Kipper, for some reason I really want to draw ears on your profile picture.

Anyway, I am about to list the players that have posted thus far that I currently suspect of being evil. I am fairly certain that at least one of the players I'm listing is evil, if not more: Creccio, Burnt Spaghetti, Wilson, Mailliw, Araris, Arraenae and Bort.

"Adavantos, why are you suspecting me? As you stated, so far I've 'Use[d] RP to express suspicions of BB and Kas. Call[ed] Kas out for not waiting until he has some sleep to post something.' You've said nothing about why that makes me evil," Rae said. "You're also encouraging us to distrust the HI and to assume that the HI is already conspiring with the traitors. Right now, I feel like you're trying to discuss without meaningfully contributing. You feel the most like a traitor."

Edit:remembered how to put in color

Wait a second. Am I the only one here who didn't consider doing the quick wyrm Lynch? Now I feel slightly awkward...

Also, really, Mr. HI? MY ship? Might want to go back and rewrite your post, or the captain might get mad.

Bridge Boy seemed like he wasn't too interested in finding the murder, Rae thought. Why else would he be cracking jokes about the HI?

That Kasimir also seemed like he didn't care about the fact that Hellscythe had almost been murdered.

Rae would have to keep an eye on  both of them.

For the less timezone savvy, it's 6AM and I haven't slept the whole night. Not going to say anything while I'm in this state, for obvious reasons...

Then why post anything, Kas? Why not wait until you have some sleep, then post something? I understand your timezone issue, but why not hold off of the posting until you are properly awake and ready to analyze things?

  4. Rae coughed weakly, trying to avoid looking at her surroundings. All of her Breath was gone, and the colors had disappeared with them, along with her Perfect Pitch. Now, everything was monotonous, barely saturated hues and values. It was so ugly she wanted to gag.

I never should have Awakened that storming escape pod...

She'd commanded it to Find Scadrial. It had found Scadrial, all right. Found it and crashed into it loud enough to deafen Harmony. And to make matters worse, the locals had mugged her and stolen her escape pod, along with the 500-something Breaths in it.

Rae stood up and immediately doubled over as coughs wracked her body. Storming pathetic Breath-based lazy immune system...

Well, at the very least she needed to find the company that had hired her and get some compensation for her missing breaths. And then she could try getting back into space.

  5. I think if it was an assassination, Vasher would win. He gives the Lord Ruler a few Breaths and can stab him a few times with Nightblood, or pull out the atium bracers. The Lord Ruler would be too busy looking at the pretty colors to react.

On the other hand, in a pre-arranged duel, the Lord Ruler would win. All he has to do is burn some atium and it's over.

  6. "I think Bridge Boy's plan is a very shaky one," Rae said. "The HI can't discover if somebody is loyal or not, just their role, so what's the point of telling other people someone's role? I'm kind of suspicious of Bridge Boy now because of this plan. It seems like an attempt to contribute without giving meaningful information."

She thought for a little while and added, "I think all of the Hemalurgists should tell the HI what they are, so we can learn how many Hemalurgists we have out there."

    What does ninjaing mean?

  7. Rae had been expecting danger when she signed up, like mining accidents and spacesickness, but not... death. Or homicides. Or murders.

Well, more like attempted murder. But that was even more unsettling, considering that Arandar was a voidbringer. He could see into the future, for Harmony's sake!

And they had no idea who did it. Rae didn't want to believe that a crewmate had tried to kill Arandar... but someone must have done it.

  8. Hello! This forum looks pretty interesting (especially the Sanderson Elimination games), so here I am. So far, I've read the Mistborn series, Alloy of Law, The Way of Kings, Elantris, Warbreaker, and The Rithmatist. I'm probably getting Shadows of Self soon.
