First Florist post is finally up. He might have been forgotten, but he still exists. Note: When he refers to his place as a garden, it is more like a park on the outskirts of town. Also, Leader==Vondra. Anyone can interact with either Vis or Florist, if they want to. Otherwise, Vis is going to go search for the nearest Epic.

It was time to tend to his garden. He walked through the trees he had grown, enjoying the shade. He knelt down next to a tree, noticing that a root was cut. "It's okay," he whispered to it, "You'll get some more water, so you can heal from this wound." he said, cooing to the tree. The worry that overcame him for the rest of the garden made him pause, and quest out with his senses. The healthiness of the garden flowed through him, and he relaxed slightly. "Everything is fine," he said to his plants, and resumed his care of them. Flowers, vines, grasses, small trees, big trees. He frowned, saddened that he still hadn't found any seeds for dragon blood trees. They would be a good addition to his collection. He started petting the floor of moss he was cultivating, extending his senses again and amplifying it's growing process slightly. Despite his hopes, the moss wasn't growing as well as he wanted. The dwarf trees he had cultivated had entwined nicely with the vines and flowers on the ground. An explosion of color, the dwarf trees small and gray and green, vibrant blue and orange flowers encircling them, and green vines creeping across it all. He smiled to himself, proud of what he had created. He walked back from his garden to his alcove, smiling to the plants and giving them surges of strength as he passed. He stopped to pick some apples and plums, thanking the trees afterward. He took them with him, and sat in his alcove in the trees. "Thank you," he said, closing his eyes and relishing in the hum of the plants growing. He took a bite of the apple, saddened that the tree had lost part of itself. "I thank you for my renewed life, and mourn your lose," he called to the fruit trees. To console them, he added some of his strength to their's, and just focused on the trees and their growth. The last few days had been quite unusual for him. The assortment of animals had tried to destroy his garden, but he kept them out. Eventually they stopped coming, and he had his peace again. It seemed like the type of situation that would cause a visit to happen. Maybe from the Leader, maybe someone else. He grew his garden more as he waited.

What do you mean?

That sucks, and I know how that feels. Hope you can still manage.

He had finally reached it. This magnificent city sparkled in the sun, with edifices made out of some sort of crystal. It's nearness to the ocean reflected even more light, and it was spectacular. I was right, Vis Vires thought to himself, this is definitely a city to call my own. He turned to survey the land, to see where best to make his entrance. There weren't many places that would be significant, so Vis walked over until he was above about the center of the city. Vis Vires then banished the force fields holding him several thousand feet up in the air. He slightly manipulated his descent to stay upright, and crashed into the ground. Time to see who I have to kill in order to rule this place, Vis thought, as he rose from the cracked ground, a smile on his face.

But that would be the best name of someone to snap his neck, he needs to be gone.

Very much appreciated, thank you. Edit: New Question, Edge can probably answer it best, but others might be able to, what is the city built like?

This shows how much I have forgotten: I am writing my first Vis Vires post, and I completely forget where Astoria is located. Help?
-
But they're playing on the wrong side of the board! /s

Fine control, but no faster than person walking.

Assuming you meant my setting, I'm working on writing a superhero novel in which the supers are all really powerful. Vis originally had the ability to move his force fields, which puts him on par with a standard powered hero.

So this will be a post where I comment on things in the various threads as I catch up. What Happened in the Dalles: Newan, that was a fantastic entrance. Seriously, bravo. Architect is... interesting Shiney Sparkle definitely suits her name. Mike has fairly powerful powers Sweet Glamour scene A lot of cool new Epics. Vondra is definitely awesome I like Frostfire So, invasion happened, a bunch of Epics showed up, and Lucy is awesome. So I think it is official that Vis Vires has a force field wherever skin ends, and allows for some weird magic/Calamity based thing for him to still be able to eat and drink normal food, unless it would be better to just remove that. I also keep on feeling that Vis needs something more, but that might be just me feeling weird depowering him from my setting. I really have no idea. Also, have any of you read Worm?
-
My original plan was for a force field just on the outside, so eating glass would be a problem for him, but if it seems better I can alter that so he has a force field boundary between his body and air, so the skin, inside of stomach, and such. I feel like that would be better, unless there are problems with that

Ok, I'm tired now, but saw the Astoria post so I am back in. Vis Vires' Powerset: Does he still conform to the strength of Astorian residents? I'll start reading the other posts to see what I missed, expect a post from most of my characters in the next week.

Does Odium's shard automatically convert an innocent if it is given to them? And wasn't Odium supposed to be locked down?

It helps the OCs shuffle their member's around, potentially infecting a clean world.

Please use the Edit button. I understood that, but then they RPed shooting him, so I wasn't sure if that was just for show, or it actually happened.

**applause** Both for the RP and the reveal. I trust that you didn't actually kill him?

Ok, now that was truly clever of you. Sowing dissent right before death? Cold, cruel OC.

Ok, now I am just confused. I don't think I've ever scene an OC carry out the deception until their death, normally they reveal themselves if everything is stacked against them. I still will keep my vote on Antillar, but now I am doubting myself. If you are innocent, I am sorry. And for fun, a quick vote tally: Antillar (9): Vineyarddawg, Eolhondras, Tulir, Feligion, ostrichofevil, swalji09, Winter, Gamma, Unodus Winter (1): Bort Vineyarddawg (3): Maw, Dowanx, Peng Gamma (1): Antillar Sarc (1): Meta

Ok, I have some problems with you saying that. Like Meta said, if we are to believe that neither of you two are OCs, then you have just given them a target. And what is the point in saying that this cycle? It doesn't make sense, as the majority of the conflict is between Vineyarddawg and Antillar, Winter wasn't even threatened. So why did you feel the need to step in? Well, you're right that I can't vote for you (forgot about that), that definitely doesn't clear you. All that it means is that Devotion (at this point, you've said too much for it to be anyone other than Winter. You probably shouldn't be so free with information!) confirmed themselves to you by telling you ahead of time that they were going to use their ability on you. Whether or not they had any reason to trust you or if they picked you out randomly has yet to be seen. Either way, since I can't vote for Snoopy, I'll go back to Sarc. Like Jain said, proclaiming your innocence loudly is one of the more suspicious things to do. Also, like Meta said, it really means nothing about your alignment that you were selected by Devotion. They could have just picked someone they felt like they trusted, but it doesn't confirm your alignment either way.

Sorry. If/when Astoria starts, Vis Vires will join there, and I might reclaim one of my other Epics. Currently though, all of my writing strength/endurance has been going into a personal project, and one of the main reasons why I haven't posted. Anyone is free to claim any of my other Epics to use, excepting Hawaii.

Vineyarddawg managed to post first, which doesn't prove anything. What it does mean, though, unless something radical happens, you are getting lynched. If you happen to not be an OC and either are a Witness or normal villager, than Vineyarddawg's lifespan drops incredibly.

Like Maw said, it is much better to wait until later to post this, because, assuming you are right, the OCs can just hide in the ensuing vote on Antillar. This happened in a previous game, I think Game 4, and Aonar did a similar thing, IIRC. I'm casting my vote for him, as I think he is more suspicious than you are, but if he has a very good defense, or he happens to be good, I probably will switch my vote onto you.
