I love meeting people, and talking to people, and connecting on an intrapersonal, emotional level. I often learn best by synergy. But it may not be the best for you, so you need to do what is best for you.

    On the 17th of December. I made a new thread because the old one was getting long, and Delightful said she had a dream where there was a new Random Stuff thread and she couldn't remember the name but it was "something weird" so I jumped at the chance and people just went with it.

It's got a good magic system, interesting and immersing plot, and is just a good book overall. The series has stayed my favorite for years. If not Mistborn, I would start with Elantris.
