okay fair enough. but then again, that power would have been less effective against epics anyway. Is it normal for people to ponify their epics? I mean, Even I did it and I dont even like that cartoon. maybe I'm just tired.

his mind control powers work in a way that simply makes them violent and extremely angry with their friends/ allies. the water will stay there until it evaporates away. after that there will be no more flooding, unless he is in that area again.

switch the jewels to glass or something similar, the thing is that most jewels are incredibly hard. harder than most metals you can easily make gem bullets by getting a bullet and making the slug a gem. which (depending on what kind of gem) would make it ridiculously armor piercing

Well, really thats all there is to it. he uses his powers, the more power he uses the more he attracts, he leaves the area(or stays, it doesnt really matter) and over a period of time, small amounts of water flow to that area. until its thoroughly covered

thanks to my recent Physics class, I actually understand this. (I think) this could be an effective power, removing normal force. (if I understand this correctly, which I might not) this should remove acceleration inhibitors, allowing it to reach terminal velocity (max speed of a falling object) at point blank range to the ground, causing an effect like a meteorite. this wouldn't work really, unless she makes the objects intangible. in my opinion it would be easier to do the effect above. as I have said before, I might not understand this half as much as I think I do.
