    New member here! Seems to me that the bubbles must be tied to whatever surface the allomancer in standing on, otherwise Wayne wouldn't be able to use it on a train. That said, I'm not 100% sure he ever does use it on a train, but I think the theory is likely. If anyone remebers Wayne using one in a train, let us know!
