    The Phatom Stranger smiled. It had been easy. Incredibly easy, convincing that fool Hashiv he was meant to be a Radiant. Easier still, sneaking up to him and spiking him for his powers. Now came the hard part, infiltrating the Knight's orders and figuring out a way to get back home. If those Oathgates could travel miles in the blink of an eye, then surely there was a secret in them that would allow him to get home.

Stumbled around a little more, then with a sudden coherent thought, grabbed Kintas and shoved him against the side of the hallway. "Something is wrong. The Stranger lurks.     Hashiv assumed noone else liked pie. He didn't know why he was thinking in this simple way, it was like a wave of melancholy had washed over him. He just went with the floowww. He had had a moment of clarity when the strange man Lomot had died, something was wrong, he could feel it. And the Phantom Stranger hadn't yet returned!
