    In case I didn't lay my line of thinking down clearly: Either Nerdy or Xino were expected to die. If Nerdy flips V, it's likely we go after Xino next. If Xino flips V, it's likely we go after Nerdy next. If Nerdy flips E, however, it's likely we ignore Xino. With Nerdy in the lead most of the day, the only reason to kill Xino is for that reason. Otherwise, if v!Nerdy got yeeted and v!Xino got NK'd, all the elims gain is messing with us. I could believe e!Aman doing that but I've checked my PM several times to make sure I'm not an idiot. My instincts say gambit because it's such a ridiculous situation, but I think I need to settle on Occam's Razor and hope we live to see another cycle.

    Gah I don't wanna vote v!Hael. One thing I'm bumping my head against. Nerdy has to be confirmed elim, right? If Nerdy is V, why shoot Xino? Xino would be ML'd today and they could just shoot someone else. Framing Nerdy further just makes no sense. We'd have probably yeeted v!Nerdy today anyway. Nerdy

    My heart really wants to trust Stick tbh. My only big concern is some vague memories of her duping me in a past game. I think it might have been TJ's blackout (MR58?). Idk, there's like at least a few instances every cycle that make me think v!Stick, v!Kas, and v!Mat, and I don't get those same reoccurring feelings with Hael. Disconnectedness in solving? He always offers something of value but it's usually refined. More thinking outside of thread than thinking while directly interacting in thread? Idk

    Hope you feel better soon! Being sick is the worst For future record, if you ED1T a vote into a post, you need to @Szeth_Pancakes so he sees it and can tally. Generally just better to vote in a new post because of that. ED1T: I've been either at v!Almond or a Stick/Almond team-up since C3.

I feel like I'm the only player that's been batting for them, so possible I'm just the problem keeping us from e!Nerdy. That would however imply that Nerdy's real partners don't care whether they live or die tho

    I kinda wish Wiznik had a secondary power to invite one more player into the Inner Circle of their choosing, but if that player was elim, bad stuff happens. Cause honestly I want to know what's going on in the doc

    inb4 Silver/Hael/Mat team I'm not exactly opposed to TUN, especially given I'm more-or-less 99% at v!Kas, I just don't think a Silver/TUN team solves our current predicament. Does TUN make these kills on a Silver/Nerdy team, or a team without a big active contributor? Idk. Am lost. Send halp.

    I'm kinda at a crossroads rn, where either e!Nerdy did submit the Xino kill and his self-vote today was to maybe wiggle out like Kas did C1 and I did C3, or e!Hael intentionally framed Nerdy. One problem is, Mat didn't switch to Xino until the last couple minutes or so, yeah? Still possible we have a case of e!Nerdy and e!Hael, where e!Hael expects his partner to die and shoots v!Xino. I guess that makes sense too, given Hael needs to blend in with the other active+Silver voters for as long as possible.

    I'm kinda at e!hael now too but I like hael so I no wanna rn Essentially because it feels like the biggest reasons for me v!reading him is making the Silver train viable again (possible e!Hael didn't want any fallout by voting v!Nerdy, v!Aman, or v!Xino and didn't expect Kas + Stick to switch) and because he's been generally more in the background / following my preferred votes, which have since proven wrong (great stalling tactic). This would mean he put the Xino kill in either because A) Xino's C3 inactivity corresponded with an IC member's doc inactivity B] He wanted to frame Nerdy further, or potentially Stick, given the direction he took the Xino double execution C) He's either giving us a chance or trolling us (this perspective seems more like e!Kas imo, assuming he decided to make this game more fun for us rather than immediately win)

    Honestly, I keep bumping my head up to a Stick/Hael, Stick/Kas, or Kas/Hael team. I think all three of you are good enough elims to still continue to dupe me, as I'm not explicitly suspicious of you three atm. Either way, I don't want to jump there quite yet, hence my willingness to look at other choices. Elims deserve applause for this game either way. I'm thoroughly lost

    Resurfacing this post because it's relevant to Bookwyrm discussion We now know of a v!Xino world. Does e!Bookwyrm resist the Xino votes that much? I don't recall Silver being in the lead at this time either, but can't find a vote count from the time + too lazy to build one up to that interaction myself rn...

    Two villagers cross-voting for multiple cycles while the other villagers rip into each other and them >> It also means the activity C2 was anomolous simply because of Silver. IMO that would suggest 2 elims were probably at EoD and needed to decide quickly if they were going to save Silver or bus Silver. And given how the votes landed, bus seems the case. @Ookla the Unknown what do you think about Kas feeling v!you would have more impact by now. Is there an explainable reason why you're not very present this game?

    Completely fair. Reading players is something that comes with experience (granted, experience doesn't guarantee success) and in a lot of cases is pure subjection, speculation, and luck. Maybe one strategy is to just dump any thoughts you have in thread as soon as they surface. It's hard to be here all the time, let alone backread everything that people like Kas and I post and make sense of it, so I empathize with your situation. I wouldn't be afraid of hurting the village if I were you. Tbh myself and Fifth did that a lot more than you could already + the real thing hurting the village would be us voting v!Nerdy out today. I don't want you gone unless you're really an elim, and I haven't felt that way since C1 I'm at the point where I confidently v!read every low-active, including Bookwyrm and TUN, but in Bookwyrm and TUN's case I'm willing to reeval.

    Gah. Why does everything Nerdy post make me want to v!read them? @NerdyAarakocra plz if you're village, help us out. The easiest way to prove your innocence is to make genuine solving attempts. I like your thoughts on me, regardless of the conclusion, so I'd like to see more on other players. You know how in my mega post I did a list of every living player at the time with colors for the alignment I believed they were and explanations for why? You don't need to go into a lot of detail, but reads lists are very helpful in that it lets you organize your thoughts and narrow suspects, while also helping us see your perspective and your process. In an ideal world, a villager putting effort into solving naturally makes their own alignment known. Plus there's a good chance you notice something the rest of us don't. I want to hear more about your Kas suspicions from C1/C2 especially. You never really spoke on them but have been consistent on that until recently. ED1T: Can someone tell me how many games Bookwyrm has played, and how many of those were elim / how they got caught / if they won?

    Resurfacing in case this edit was missed and heading to sleep. If we want to commit to an e!Nerdy world today, we need to figure out what third player would allow that Xino kill (whether intentionally or from their absence) Otherwise, we need to seriously consider this was a deliberate framing of Nerdy and maybe Almond. Which leaves Hael, Kas, and Mat. That or TUN is really just being an apathetic sniper. ED1T: Eager to hear thoughts later. Good night o7

    Well... Now it's possible e!Stick overslept when they meant to be online to change a default kill. But again, that would mean her making that default kill choice at all, which is still kayana. ED1T: Also, hi @_Stick_. We totally haven't been talking about killing you. Nope. Why do you ask? Re: e!Nerdy. That fits, tbf, but there's no way the team is just Silver/Nerdy. Which then I ask what partner lets that kill go?

    I'm not against a Nerdy yeet, especially after this flip, but I also keep getting more and more concerned about a E/V/V C2 EoD and we're cannibalizing villagers because we see ghosts. I don't want to be hasty. I'm going to do a total player list re-evaluation tomorrow. It's 1am tho and I need slep. ED1T: Oh one more thing. Stick left saying "If y'all kill Xino while I'm gone, please reconsider Nerdy tomorrow." Does e!Stick say that and then submit a Xino kill?

    Stick voted Nerdy and bowed out. Assuming E!Nerdy, she would be expecting him to die and for Xino to be cleared, and so put in the Xino kill order. If Stick and Nerdy aren't paired, the only reason she would otherwise kill Xino is that she thought he was Wiznik or Inner Circle. Which still is a weird gamble to make, knowing that Xino has been a consistent talking point / train. Point is, if that succeeded, she would be able to say she voted out e!Nerdy and couldn't have put the Xino kill in.

    I could buy a two elim world, but then I'm forced to scrutinize <Stick, Mat, Hael, Kas, and maybe TUN> IMO, Stick putting a Xino kill in only works in an e!Nerdy world. Technically, the Xino kill works for v!Stick and e!Nerdy too, so Nerdy would need to be flipped first. Even then, what does e!Stick expect if that plan succeeds? A clear for not being at rollover to see Nerdy flip red? Would she really attempt that, given how much I kept pushing Xino? ED1T: That's more or less what leads me to believe this is a gambit. Which means one or more of <Mat, Hael, Kas> are playing mind games with the rest of us. Sicko(s)!

    How do we think Nerdy ghosting plays into this? A retaliation kill in case they were killed and Xino was cleared? Maybe Nerdy's partner didn't care if Nerdy died because they were ok with getting bussed? e!Nerdy had room to fight but never bothered to vote. But so far, Danex and Fifth both went quiet before they died and they flipped village. Is it village apathy?

    My issue is that I can see a newer / low-active player making that decision, but I can't see a player of that same profile killing JNV, Wizard, and Devo. The MO doesn't match unless those kills were all blind luck. There's an argument for Stick, but I feel like that would require a ton of blind faith.
