Yeah I wrote a very condensed version of what I want to happen he is already to late to save hearthstone I think it will be mainly to gather up what remains of the survivors. I am pretty sure they would listen to him b/c of the whole glowing person falling from the sky cracking the paving stones inbetween the lighteyes and darkeyes forces. I dont think he will choose sides. pretty sure he will just be annoyed that people are not banding togather in the face of what is coming. I also think that the real people saving the day will be members of bridge four with their newly bonded spren. (least I hope thats the case)

I really hope BS doesnt spend to much time at Hearthstone two or three chapters should do it. Enough time for Kaladin to make his presense known, put that tenner Roshone in his place since Kaladin outranks him now. Make peace with his famly/past meet up with Wit and Jasnah. Gather everyone up and lead them to Kholinar all the while learning his next oath dealing with leadership.

Adolin could simply state in his defense that he "Executed" him in order to preserve the nation. The fat slug pretty much admitted to being an enemy of the state (that state being Urithiru and the Knights Radiant). If you look at the sitituation from this point of view, being in Urithiru and not in Alethkar. hince the jurisdiction falling to Dalanar and the Radiants not the king or the other highprinces. I can see Brandon going in this direction simply to separate the Knights Radiant and Alethkar. I can see the other highprinces and the king getting pissed about Adolin doing what he did However, I do believe at this point the Dalanar and the other members of the knight's Radiant will step in and tell the rest of those people. This is not Alethkar this is Urithiru and we owe allegiance to no single nation. Any form of punishment should come from the members of the knights radiant if at all. Hopefully with a vote among the four. If kaladin makes it back in time, we know he wont care probably give Adolin a cheer. Shallan wont care either b/c she was already involved in ploting Sadeas's downfall, Renarin wont do anything drastic to his own brother, and Dalanar might get upset however, he would never allow anything to happen to Adolin. Worse case he will get exiled to Alethkar.

Justice isn't the same thing as murder. What happened was justice... Its not like he stabbed him in the back. it was a fair fight and Adolin was in the right for defending the honor of his family. You people act like what he did was this horrible act or something. Lets not forget he murdered thousands of people in an effort to destory the Kholins. And dont give me that crap about him being a high prince therefore immune to any kind of reprisal.

Your probably right regarding Kaladin and Laral. He doesnt seem the type to just let things go easly. It would be cool though if he said something like "Hey hope your happy choosing an old turd like Roshone, I can fly now by the way BIOTCH!!!"

Am I the only one who thinks that Kaladin will hand over a Letter of introduction explaining that he is here acting under the authority of the King and or Dalinar. They wouldn't just send him off with a pouch full of money and say good luck. Anybody sent of this kind of mission would have at least a letter of introduction. I also think that the Village Jasnah started walking torwards with Wit at the end of WOR will turn out to be Hearthstone. Maybe this is just wishfull thinking on my part but it did say that she was in the middle of nowhere. Another thing I think will happen is that kaladin will figure out the fourth oath in this village and or on the way to the capital. Something involving protecting even those who doesnt want my protection. Jasnah's Ice heart will start melting and by the end of the book she and Kaladin will be am item. I hope that Sandersons development of Kaladin doesnt involve him looking into the past too much he should be above that now. He should also ignore his child hood love interest and Roshone altogather instead focus on his mission and saving his parents and the other people of Hearthstone. All this might sound crazy its just one persons opinion of what should happen.
