  1. Theories everywhere but I think that each and every single KR no matter which group he belongs too will LOOSE THEIR POWER, because it will be in clear violation of their oaths and will break their bonds
  2. Hi, If the book is free to share then someone can please send me epub?
  3. So what I found on wikia and what I can speculate is - Dalinar will not bear any shard, he is bonded with a God spren and will have some very unique powers, my guess is that he will be above the KR, probably equivalent of Herald or honor's champion. I read that there were only three bondsmith in the history. I suppose one was bonded with honor godspren, one was bonded with cultivations and last was bonded with odium's. They might be the three champions which the gods will choose to fight on their behalf. Nightblood might a deadly weapon but ofcourse gods have much more powerful weapons then this. I believe that eshonai will be the second champion (odium's) and for the final fight they will wield god weapons. For KR I believe their leader will be kal as he has the power of Jez who was the king among heralds. Sorry if it didn't make much sense
  4. Before I put my theory here, can someone please tell me if the identity of stormfather is confirmed as a Herald?
  5. AAah ok, I hadn't re read but I believe it was the same blade which was brought with Taln and I thought Taln was carrying his own honor blade and not any ordinary shard. Also since Honorblades are not dead sprens I think they have the ability to change shape, just like syl can.
  6. I beleive that there is an supposed difference between HONORBLADE and SHARDBLADE. Dalinar gave up his shard when he freed kal and others in first book and bonded a HONORBLADE instead, because it was the blade of Herald of war. I still don't know why it shouted when dalinar summoned it because it not of dead sprens. And at the end it did make sense that dalinar keeps taln's blade because just like Herald of war he is high prince of war
  7. May be, but since HOID is the only character (apart from shards) who is present in every story, he is also trying to collect powers of every shard too. Then I believe that he is somehow involved in shattering of Adonalsium too because it is stated that he was present at that time. If a person who is almost as old if not more as cosmere then I think there is something more secretive is hidden behind the secrets of hoid. And then if I am not wrong Brandon also said that hoid will be a major characters in future
  8. The more I read Brandon books the more I think that whole this cosmere series is gonna end up as a fight between HOID and Adonalsium & the final trilogy of cosmere series will be based on these 2 superpowers. Any ideas?
  9. I suppose it was me who said that but then when I re read I thought making a replica of super secured breaknaught is not possible without someone from the house is actually giving you inside information. Thanks for pointing out the rules
  10. damnation looks like I am talking to myself but still since I am re reading AoL I thought I might ask another question I have. Before the last train robbery the vanishers robbed normal train cars and making replicas wasn't a big deal but since no one knew the breaknaught and it's interior design, I think house tekeil or someone powerful enough from that house is operating with the set. Another reason to support this thought is "tekeil house hadn't reported first robbery". Any thoughts?
  11. Well I hadn't gone through WoB so didn't knew that. Anyways had anyone thought why vanishers tried to kidnap marasi? Since they were kidnapping people of particular bloodlines, that means they knew she was half sister of steris and not a distant cousin. Since this fact is so well guarded that wax was actually able to find her father and mother(planted) when he researched on kidnapped people. So that makes me think if either one of those 3 (steris, marasi, father) is actually working undercover for The Set?
  12. Maybe now I have a answer about why The Set is kidnapping only females who are supposedly allomancers Alloy shows a Trelagist that claims to worship Trell, who believes that Trell created mankind, but makes no comments regarding the Thousand Eyes, Nalt's eye, or even expresses a dislike of daylight. In addition, this character holds the belief that the ruling class should be made up exclusively of TWINBORN.
  13. Yup, finished that too. Curse that book, that book was the reason I am here and spent almost full day talking about shadow of self speculations
  14. Yup, besides when Vin gave the picture to sazed the book said it belonged to mare then kel then Vin n now sazed
  15. I know about 3 trilogies, maybe you are right that this trilogy is just a base for next trilogy. As for Kelsier and HOID I read that kel can't stand hoid but why? Since hoid is probably primordial being as was suggested that he was present at shattering. I believe the reason behind enemity was The Flower, ever wondered how kel's wife knew about the thing that no one else knew about? Making a wild guess that hoid had something to do with it. I read about southern people, they know about metallic powers but they use them in rather mechanized way, would be interested to see a new way of using powers.
  16. Probably not, since Marsh said that wax is doing Kelsier's work. So I beleive Kelsier is still a mystery. I mean if he just wanted TLR dead and restore freedom to skaa then it was done 300 years ago I do believe that the kidnappings and the set is nothing compared to the real threat because the theme and the story indicates that it is something which is above humans and is so strong that a God is directly helping a human.
  17. Actually I am still trying to figure out what exactly Kelsier died for.....
  18. Was planning to read game of thrones but now I think I will read elantris first
  19. I am from Delhi, India, you guessed it right this is a place where people don't read books much, but thanks to HOID who visited me couple of years ago and shared his powers with me now I can travel through words to meet people who like to read books
  20. damnation me, the origins of final empire era feruchemists looks far more simple and clear now, HOID. I still don't think that harmony can target and kill Marsh. And moreover what reason he have to do so? If Marsh is planning to overthrow the government and become next TLR what right does it gives harmony to kill him? But he can certainly help wax and empower him to fight Marsh.
  21. Hey everyone. I'm Nikhil and I am from Delhi, India. Just finished "mistborn series" and it's amazing.
  22. If he changed every feruchemist then how did they breed again? I read and it do say that he changed every feruchemist alive but there are some discrepancies, like synod. They were present before and during final empire, synod is supposedly a secret group of keepers who were feruchemists. Preservation and ruin didn't created humans, they created life and preservation decided to give sentinent only to humans. Another reason to believe that a secret group of feruchemists survived at the time of first ascension is the Flower, there were some people who had the knowledge of pre ascension Era greenery and flowers and were able to pass them to future generations. Thanks to you, I read a lot on coppermind and found out why house tekeil is given so much importance, it is one of the purest bloodlines and it is the one Vin belonged to.
  23. Maybe he can, but I still have my doubts. Like TLR wasn't able to target every feruchemist on the earth, he only changed his friends all of whom were with him in the well so he basically changed everyone around him. And then I have reasons to beleive that harmony don't have the power to kill, just like he don't have the power of life. Remember the prologue of HoA when he recreated physical forms of Vin and elend but was unable to bring them back. So harmony don't control the power of life and death but someone else does, probably the "god beyond"
  24. A god without any physical form, he can move planets, create ashmounts, cause earthquakes but can he kill 1 guy? I don't think any god will bring calamity on planet to kill one guy. Perhaps I am wrong but I am an Indian and our mythology is filled with examples (myths) where gods empowered and guided some mortal to kill demons. So I believe that though harmony can destroy cities in a blink by causing earthquakes I doubt he will kill hundreds of thousands just to kill one guy
  25. I doubt that, since ruin and preservation were not able to do it directly, they needed humans to do their work for them
