Skipping thread. I forgot how much I enjoyed the 2 Wan episodes when they were new. Just finished those up earlier today. I can’t wait to get to S3 and finally watch it for the 1st time.

Inching forward more! Got CS2 Act 1 stuff

Skipping thread but I’ve been waiting on this to hit since Air hit it. I ll finally be able to finish this series after losing Nick right before S3 was new. On S1 Ep6 so far today.

Korra coming to Netflix tomorrow I think! I ll finally be able to finish it now. and Fate is dope! Love those shows!

I’m playing the same way as CS1. Didn’t really use magic much in beginning when EP is low.

Mouse is awesome pure and simple. I really hope you have avoided any Dresden spoilers. And also now you get to enjoy what a large majority of fans deem the best book of the series..7 Dead Beat. Ed I should note I don’t agree on that part but it is very good! My personal favorite after only 1.4 reads(I ll get back to the reread soon I think starting back with Death Mask) was 9 White Night.

Tetiny bit more progress today that doesn’t really need a tag but I managed to move story enough to get the assignments and I have managed to do the 1st standard monster hunt one. Now this does need to be tagged but I have slowly come to the realization over the past 2 weeks that I really hate CS2 stuff:

Rewatching True Detective S1 and being blown away once again after 6 yrs have passed. Quality tv and based in my bayou backyard. The creator is from my area. I will rewatch S2 which isnt even close to the brilliance of S1 and then I will watch S3 for the 1st time aftwards.

Well that really is quite the difference and explains the $ hike compared to 1&2. I spent $107 on that Japan sale and 3 was alone was half that. Speaking of Japanese my lessons aren’t going to great. I can’t speak to save my life though I’m learning to hear and understand a tad more. I just can’t get around 40 yrs of SVO vs SOV structures. This is extremely complicated for me. I technically could learn and speak English structured Japanese but I’m learning this would be hella jarring to them if I was ever in a conversation with these people. Some of these sounds are just incompatible with my southern twang when it’s my turn to speak. I would really like to be successful at this pet project.

Cool. Can I get any of y’all to post a Rean pic from 2 to 3 and a non spoiler location if there is any from 1 and 3? I’d just like to see these improvements. No worries if it’s to much work.

Excellent to hear. Something for my son to look forward to. He was really starting to get into CS1 and 2 till the Tsushima pause and when I loaded up 2 this week he was like “why you playing this..” We ll get back in eventually. I miss posting my thoughts and gripes.

Is CS3 and 4 more beefed up graphic wise then?

I don’t like the heading Legends they stuck us with and I’m still butt hurt after the these last 8 yrs. I remember feeling a small spark of excitement at there being new movies up until they announced JJ as director and I knew then that any hope of my precious EU surviving intact was a fools hope which shortly turned out to be the case. I love my EU. Even the bad books.. I loved Vong/NJO-True Sith stuff. That was thousands of $ and 2+ decades of my life I spent and I regret none of it. I refuse to buy or read a single NUcanon making me now something I used to feel snotty towards....movie only fans. It is what it is though. I will keep standing my ground. It’s easy after this long. Restart the EU timeline with new books and I’m the 1st in line to buy.

Made some verrrry minor progress today getting back to Nothing groundbreaking but it marks the 1st time in 2+ weeks since starting Tsushima that I have made an effort to push forward. Thinking about getting all dialogue out the way tonight or early tomorrow before going to where I know I have to go next.

Still in love with Ghost of Tsushima! Not playing it all day like I was the 1st week and a half but for sure it’s taking up my normal 4pm and 11pm till ambien blitz time slots that is reserved for games. This game is great! Still doing Cold Steel 2 for a few moments in between to.

Not much exp with audio. Is it a guy taking on women voices or flipped or one of each?

I was wondering how you were going to handle that and how will handle something else I won’t mention yet that may or may not be Dresden related. I personally quite enjoyed it.

In these 40 yrs of life I’ve seen lots of Japanese stuff subtitled and you would think I would be able to understand much more then I actually do. Yeah not the case and it’s about time I try to fix that. So I’m using YouTube to try and learn some basic things and realize I can’t speak it hardly but I’m learning a bit more to be able pick things out for sure. But rust...my southern twang/Cajun accent just butchers the spoken words.

I’d love to be a magic juggernaut. It’s just a weird and crazy increase in numbers each lvl vs CS1. The miss rate went up like crazy after I met up with someone in a windmill. As I said no progress since Tsushima released but I have been at least doing a fight each day for my consecutive days spent playing lists and the rate is super crazy now.

Still zero forward progress. Tsushima is just to fun and epic to not spend all my time on. I still do a battle or 4 every day though. What is up with my attacks missing so often now? I can practically call out when I will miss. It’s really ramping up on the miss rate now. Also why is the magic so high on lvl ups? It’s like 12-14 pgs each lvl!! My magic is gonna be insane compared to my strength later in game.
