  1. Cool. Lightwards does want her present so he can stress the Empire's supremacy. He'd put his foot down at bringing any of her other vanillas, though. Just to be clear, Maili, the council is still taking place in the Sadry residence after sunset?
  2. Excellent! Now we actually need to figure out a plan... TwiLyght, are you planning on having Funtimes attend the Thoughttown-Empire conference?
  3. Could we put that on the agenda for Altermind and Lightwards' meeting? Putting together a plan for stealing Upgrade from CM?
  4. Granted, but herbivores will now attempt to eat you whenever you're in their proximity. I would like a puppy.
  5. Why do we have to imagine it--why don't we do it? Nope. Never responded to the message I sent him. If Upgrade were in a position to use his power on Epics from all factions, I don't think it would upset our fragile balance. I think it would just increase the RP's scale and magnitude.
  6. I'll get to it eventually. Or imagine a Nighthound elevated to High Epic healing status. Or an Aldo who can calculate the future hours in advance. Or a Saccharine who can command her own legions of enormous beasts. Or a SoulSwitch who can possess Epics. The list of people made a dozen times scarier by Upgrade goes on and on.
  7. If so he'll probably add a new component to Project Amber: preserving specific Epics in CorpseMaker's service and conscripting them to his own side after their master's death. Or better yet, he might hatch a plan to kidnap Upgrade from underneath CM's nose and use him to fight the war.
  8. Very well. You are now a frog. Frogs have excellent singing skills. And did we do that joke already? Darn, I must not have been paying attention. Very well, I wish for the ability to always know when a joke's been done.
  9. I should also say that if Lightwards learns about Upgrade's existence, he will stop at nothing to have the man recruited to his side. Lightwards' dream is to cover the planet with his Warriors, uniting every "living" thing on Earth under his mind. He knows that this is currently impossible due to his hard limitation. But if Upgrade could remove the cap from his maximum Warrior limit... well, let's just say that every human within the Empire of Light would be conscripted within a short period of time.
  10. I don't think it's strictly necessary for me to know all the weaknesses, but it might be useful if I have to referee something, or if a weakness gets set off without the player knowing. How about this: I become privy to the weaknesses of any character created for this RP, but remain oblivious with the characters who stem from elsewhere?
  11. An infinite battle, with countless legions of mindless automatons slaughtering one another on the streets at the behest of two powerful Epics, steadily destroying Oregon in the crossfire. When's the soonest we can make this happen?
  12. LeftVash, you become the Joker. I wish to rule the world.
  13. The best thing about the toys, from Lightwards' perspective, is that they don't "count" towards his Warrior limit. His limit is set entirely by the mental strength of the zombie. He can control around twenty humans at a time, with around fifty of the dumber dinosaurs. But the toys have a mental strength of basically zero, meaning he can control as many of them as he can get his hands on. He might start sending Nighthound on these raids more often, if he thinks he can get away with it.
  14. Take a look at our main cast--do you think any of those poor legionnaires will be returning home?
  15. Do you mean Nighthound keeping his memories from this RP and taking them into Oregon, or vice versa? When Karma uses his powers on an Epic, the scale of the damage often depends on how much of a difference there was between the original human and the Epic. The more the individual has changed, the more he splinters them psychologically. For instance, there is enough dissidence between Alexandra Hawkins and Möbius to splinter her psyche completely, forming a new meta-personality that exists as something between the two. (Again, you will see.) For anomalies, I'm thinking areas with higher or lower gravity than normal, zero-gravity regions, and complex regions held together by a series of portals. Temporal anomalies would largely be relativistic, creating areas where time flows more quickly or more slowly relative to the rest of the city. That said, the building full of roman legionnaires is an incredibly awesome idea.
  16. I vote we give the Epic Stitch a cropped version of this as a character icon...\ ...and that we make him an insane brony who sometimes sings "Art of the Dress" while making his stitched-together zombies. "Thread by thread, stitching it together..."
  17. Well, this thread's already freaking me out. Everything I learn about Koschei just puts me on edge more. I'm not sure whether to plead for his "Modus Operandi" section, or pointedly run away from such a thing...
  18. Awesome. As I said in my edit to the last Question 2 post, I'm going to bed now. See you all tomorrow--and wish me good dreams, because I'll think I'll be needing them.
  19. Of course. It's coming quite soon... to your nightmares.
  20. OK Maili, I have cropped the Max pony into a profile size. EDIT: I've got to go get some sleep now, and I still haven't posted that response in the Museum. I'll get to that tomorrow, pinkie promise.
  21. That is a good idea. It should be fun sticking Slaughterhouse with the task of negotiating with these freaks. Here's Karma's bio. He's not as fleshed out as Möbius or even Slaughterhouse, but hopefully he will still be useful as an elusive antagonist. His power, as can be seen, is very strange and I doubt I did a good job of explaining it. Feel free to ask questions, and remember that there will be an active representation once the RP begins.
  22. I mean, indeed, let them commence under my benevolent guidance. Does anyone think we need more of a focus for the characters then just "roam around the city and make nightmares"? I think we can do a lot with just that, but I'm always open to suggestions.
  23. Revolution would have helped, but she was handling a more dire situation. Sam threw up over Nighthound's shoes. All in favor of Intervention attacking MoNA say "aye."
  24. Doctor Drunktimes? It also means he can affect Lightwards, which would result in a sobbing Lightwards leaning on Remington while bawling about his inner turnoil.
