I think Szeth will be working at /running the prison. Given he’s a Skybreaker Law & Order is their thing.

Szeth also had very strong feelings on how a prison should be run in Oathbringer.

Dalinar isn't the only one who Ascended but didn't become a Vessel, the Lord Ruler did the same

I would think that because of his Skybreaker Oaths he would force himself to go to prison (because I mean like killing hundreds of people is probably against the law).

I feel that Kaladin is going to be able to grow yet again with a bit more time and actions shown. Ultimately becoming a higher member of the Knights Radiant, possibly even becoming the first to swear the Fifth Ideal.

I can totally see Szeth going to prison, as a prisoner, of his his own volition, and still running the place - with Dalinar's approval. Think biblical Joseph. But with magic.
