September 2021 Bonus Art Commission

So, turns out we have an extra art commission for you all, because the other September piece left us with too much money in our art budget. No real connection between the two, we just grabbed the runner-up from that month and did... well, not quite that, but something similar. Art once again brought to you by Shuravf. 

As promised, Phendorana!

A bust of the Phendorana. She is a stern, mature honorspren, dressed in a simple but elegant dress in Thaylen style. Her hair billows around her head, as if blown by a phantom wind.
