Words of Radiance Cover Released!

Tor.com has finally posted the cover for Words of Radiance! Tor.com has finally posted the cover for Words of Radiance! The second cover for the Stormlight Archive was also drawn by the phenomenally talented Michael Whelan. The front cover depicts Kaladin crouched on the Shattered Plains, facing Szeth standing on a pile of corpses, including some potential corpses in Plate.

There's a lot of interesting things to notice about the cover. Mysterious flying creatures between the two of them? What is either an object or a puddle by Kaladin's lower hand? Personally, I love the cover, especially the storm and the look of Szeth, who is shown on the back of the cover. Michael Whelan also provided a step by step look at his artistic process while designing the cover, so be sure to check it out.
