My favorite Misborn characters are Sazed and TenSoon. Although, I've only read Era 1. 

And my favorite Stormlight characters are: Rock, but I wish there was more of him. And Teft. 
I have not yet finished Rhythm of War. Can't get it done fast enough for my liking... 

If only I didn't have to work!

I've read Mistborn (era 1 only), the Stormlight archive (not yet finished w/ Rhythm of War), and Warbreaker. 
I don't know if I have a favorite per se, but if I had to be pick... It would be a toss up between Way of Kings and Words of Radiance.

No spoilers, but either Shadows of Self, Bands of Mourning, Rhythm of War, or (a rather uncommon opinion) Firstborn
