Sixth of the Dusk : Why do trappers go to non-Patji islands

In Sixth of the Dusk, we learn that:
 

• Trappers becoming of age choose an island and spend their life trapping on that island
• The purpose of a trapper is to breed Aviars and give them talents (Assumption here)
• Aviar's get talents from the worm parasites from the fruits given by Patji's Finger (tree)
• Patji's Finger grows on Patji (According to coppermind)

Then how do trappers on the other islands get talents for their aviars if they don't have the fruits from Patji's Finger

It's not Patji's finger, but the Perpendicularity that has the worms.

All Aviar migrate to Patji and eat the worms, and Trappers know not to trap Aviar that haven't been to Patji yet.

The Aviar get the parasitical magical worms from the fruits from the Patji's Fingers at the Perpendicularity on Patji.

Because the Aviar migrate. They get their talent there, yes but they don't all necessarily live on Patji, they go to the other islands of the Pantheon too. Plus, there's other rare stuff on the islands that are sold on Eelakin and the Mainland, I would imagine.
