Re-read Revelations

I'm doing a re-read of the cosmere, and am enjoying finding things I totally missed the first time. For example:

I'm reading through Well of Ascension again and

There are so many hints that "OreSeur" is the imposter. From the complete personality change to not knowing things he really should know. At first read I thought it was a device to catch up the reader after a break between books, but now it seems so obvious!

I'd love to hear some of your big realizations!

During my second reread of Mistborn (a few years ago) I had a sudden realization that Kelsier was not infact 18 to 20, but 30 to 40. I had somehow missed that the first two times.

I think the narration even slips up and calls him TenSoon at one point.

Oh really?? Haha I don't think I caught that. I'm listening on the audiobook though so maybe it was corrected.

 

I also keep making connections that I thought were original, then searching in here finding out is definitely old news lol. Like the mention of a flute in the Lord Ruler's room (Hoid's?)
