Spears and speed bubbles

If you had a really long spear could you attack people out side of a speed bubble?

well, yes, but it would be difficult. someone asked Brandon a similar question once:

On that line of reasoning, what would happen to a train and its occupants if Marasi stood next to railroad tracks holding up a Cadmium bubble while that train sped by?

In general, a large object going through a time bubble is not going to notice. An object is either in or out, and it depends in part on how the object views itself. People inside the train would be inside of its influence, and wouldn't notice the bubble. The spear would go from one to the other, but would never be in both.

I'm not talking about throwing a spear, I'm talking about  just poking it out of the bubble. If so that would mean if you had a pulser you could potentially trap your targets in a slow bubble and anyone out side hook the victims and pull them out vaudville-style, for non-fatal takedowns.

And that was in the above answer. You are either in or out of the bubble. Not halfway.
