New to Forum

Hi, my name is Cole and I am new to this Forum and the fan community of the Cosmere and Brandon Sanderson. I have read Mistborn Era 1 and I'm currently making my way through Stromlight (800 pages through Words of Radiance right now). I recently started to learn more about the underlying depths of the Cosmere and figured it would be a good time to join a forum to really delve into the whole universe.

What has been your favorite book, and who has been your favorite character?

If you could have 1 allomantic power, what would it be?

What about 1 Feruchemical?

Favorite book is definitely Way of Kings (in the Cosmere and maybe even all-time) 

Favorite character is probably Kaladin because he is just so interesting and exciting to read.

If I had to have one Allomantic power it would probably be tin because I feel like it has the most use in modern society.

And Feruchemical would probably be to store thoughts because knowledge is pretty awesome.

Hey Cole, and welcome to the Shard!

I myself love a good interconnected universe, so the Cosmere was an instant favorite as I learned more. As a way to get to know you better, I hope that you don't mind answering a few questions. The first of which would be if you could do anything without any bad consequences, what would that be? The second question would be if you had to choose a fictional world to enter (besides the Cosmere), then which world would it be?

If I could do anything without any bad consequences it would be to completely reverse the destruction that humans have had on the environment. 

If I had to enter a fictional world to enter, it would probably be The Wheel of Time, because the series just holds a special place in my heart and I feel that it would really interesting to be able to experience that amazing world first-hand.

I took the quiz yesterday and got Truthseeker, but since I'm only on Words of Radiance right now I didn't really read into what exactly that means and wanted to avoid spoilers. Thanks for the welcome!

Oh, oops, oh well, that's the book where we first get to hear about the Orders of the Knights Radiant, so keep an eye out for the epigraphs from the in-world book called the Words of Radiance !
