As someone who has also fished for mending, I feel bad for grian. I didn't have any villagers, and I fished for a long time while I tried to get some zombie villagers. I finally got one to trade mending, went fishing one time and got a mending book. It was frustrating. but it didn't take me 5000 because I was the only person fishing.

Also, I started by watching Mumbo, but also watch Grian and Hypno and often whatever the most recent video is.

Kinda funny how Demise inspired the life series, but the people who do good in one do horrible in the other.

He has conceived the ultimate plan to make overthrowing the government easier. He himself has become the government, so when the time comes he can undermine himself. No one will stand in his way because he's the only one in his way.

That, or this is an extension of his 'no revolting' rule from s9. The only way he knows how to truly keep himself from tearing down the gov't is by becoming the government.
