Does it? I wonder why. Maybe it's a mental barrier, because it doesn't feel any more weird to talk here than anywhere else on the Shard(except Role-Playing, but that's to be expected of me) to me.

I don't know if it could be any random sharder per say. It would have to be someone whom I gave had a decent amount of time around. Most of my followers would qualify.

On some level it is possible. It would depend on the level of exposure.
