I've heard some differing information, is Ingenuity real?

Brandon mentioned Ingenuity as a shard he would like to be, I've heard (on this site and elsewhere) different interpretations about how real this is. If this is for real then I can come up with 2 scenarios. 1 "Invention" and "Ingenuity" are the same shard with different names (in which case this doesn't matter) or "Ingenuity" is a completely different shard, meaning we now have the names of 15/16 shards. The last scenario is that "Ingenuity" is just a shard Brandon came up with to answer the question. I wanted to know what people (far more experienced with the Cosmere than I) think about this and which scenario is most likely, because I really have no idea.

I know that Ingenuity is not a confirmed Shard name, but looking into the actual definition (e.g. "innovation," "inventive") I believe this is probably what was the working name for Invention.

I believe some have theorized along other lines, saying that Ingenuity's definition as "clever" could overlap with the supposed "wisdom Shard" who "just wants to hide and survive." I see this as less likely now because I think he might have been referring to Invention.

Brandon has also said that Prudence sounds like a good Shard name,.
