So was Nightblood being used to end Rayse what Endowment had in mind, with its creation? Or is there more yet to come?

I always figured that was why Vasher ended up on Roshar and separated from the black sword.  Endowment set it up that way so someone would end up being able to use it to kill Rayse.  (I just didn't figure that would happen in book 4!)

Endowment and Cultivation are CLEARLY in cahoots.

I sorta thought so too.  Like, "hey Koravellium, here's the weapon I promised you.  I'm sure you'll figure out some way to get it to the target."
